Imagine: Walk across the street to hop on the Gondola and at the end of your ski day, ski right to the complex, store your skis and head to your condo! No matter what season, you’ll have incredible access to hiking, mountain biking and snowshoeing trails as well as all the shopping and dining on Main Street Breck. This is the mountain condo you and your group have been dreaming of!

This comfortable 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom deluxe is perfect for up to four guests. The living area features a stone gas fireplace, and there’s a large flat-screen TV for relaxing after a long day on the slopes. Right off the living room is the balcony — perfect for enjoying the fall colors and crisp mountain air. Granite counter tops in the full kitchen provide plenty of space to whip up great mountain meals and après-ski snacks. There’s seating for four at the dining table and three more at the kitchen counter.

You’ll enjoy access to the shared hot tub and pool, as well as an onsite gym. You’ll also enjoy full access to the pool, hot tubs, spa and bowling alley at One Ski Hill Place Resort, located at the top of the gondola. Other amenities include a washer and dryer, shuttle service, complimentary Wi-Fi, and parking for one vehicle. Plus, all Summit Mountain Rentals properties are professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival and are stocked with hotel-like toiletries and linens. Our helpful staff is also available 24/7 should you need anything.

This is a perfect location and a great condo for two. Everything was clean, view was great and the building was quiet but just steps away from downtown. We will be staying again-hopefully every year!

I had a really good experience staying in this condo. I’ve stayed at several different ones in Breck and I’ll be looking to stay here again. Bed was comfortable and everything was as shown in pictures. Clean comfortable and real easy to ski into. Easy walk to gondola.

Beautiful and just as expected

The views were great from our balcony and the outdoor area in the lobby. I was really happy how people kept checking on us and the communication was great. It was nice how everything was within walking distance and the secure underground parking was a bonus.

Great property and easy communication

This was just a quick ski weekend for my husband and me. Mountain Thunder is greater property, super easy to walk under the road to the gondola and ski back to the property at the end of the day. Unit was clean and spacious for the two of us, nice fireplace and patio, great to have free laundry across the hall, kitchen had everything we needed!
