Modern Ski In/Ski Out Condo in Downtown Breckenridge
Our condo is located in the heart of the Village of Breckenridge (Peak 9 Inn - across from Gravity Haus), the studio-style condo is the perfect getaway for couples or a small family! It is a tight fit for 4 adults, but if you need a nice place to crash, this is it. The Quicksilver Super Chair is a 5-minute walk from the condo or a short ride to Peak 7 & 8 on the free shuttle. Did we mention downtown is within walking distance?!
The Space The studio features a custom-made king-size bed with a luxury mattress and two twin trundles. The bed faces an electric fireplace with Samsung Art TV above to add to the "Apres" vibe.
The bathroom has a shower/bathtub, a separate toilet, and a vanity with dual sinks. We provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion.
The kitchen looks out over the town and Peaks 6, 7, 8, and beyond. The full kitchen is well equipped with pots and pans, a coffee maker and tea kettle, an oven and toaster, and a full-size fridge. We provide coffee, tea, salt, pepper, and olive oil to get you started. The kitchen has 3 barstools around a peninsula for family-style meals.
PLEASE NOTE: The maximum occupancy is 4 people and includes adults and children/infants.
Garage parking is available for one vehicle on a first-come, first-serve basis. A $30 parking fee is included at the time of booking. Parking is more limited during peak seasons. Instructions to retrieve your parking pass will be provided once the booking is confirmed and paid for. Guest will be reimbursed for parking fees if parking is not available or if the guest does not need parking.
The Peak 9 Inn also offers endless entertainment with a newly renovated pool and hot tubs (open 10 am - 10 pm), gym, social space, and a theatre (open 6 am - 10 pm). These great amenities are just one floor away, too!
The studio is stocked with a starter set of consumables such as soaps and paper products. Guests are advised to either bring or purchase additional items after arrival.

Perfect location in Breck. My wife isn’t a skier and had great access to the town. My 2 daughters and I skied every day and the walk to the Quicksilver lift was easy. The hosts checked in with us and were always very responsive.
Had a wonderful stay! Excellent location right next to Main St. Beautiful condo with everything you need. Excellent communication with owners very helpful and answered all questions right away! Highly recommended.

What more can you ask for... Beautiful ski in/out condo with everything you need!!! New kitchen, clean room and modern furnishings. Steps away from ski lift and restaurants. Facilities include, hot tubs, pool, play room, steam room and sauna to relax after a full day of skiing. The hosts were very nice attentive and accommodating. Would definitely stay again!!
Ben and Hope were great hosts. They communicated well, often, and answered me back with any questions I had in a matter of minutes. The property was so clean and cozy, and the absolute best part was that it was only a very short walk to the Quicksilver superchair. The price was the most reasonable listed for the time of our stay, and we were right in the heart of the best restaurants and shops in Breckenridge. Oh, and the garage parking pass is a must have. Well worth the few dollars it costs for piece of mind. Great place for a great price, and the hosts are great people. Thank you Ben and Hope!
We are a family of three that has been coming to Breckenridge for over ten years and mainly stay at the Village of Breckenridge for multiple reasons (pool, hot tub, games, ski lift, and main street proximity). This was our first time renting this condo from Ben and Hope. Let's start with the communication was terrific. I like how they moved the lock boxes to the outside of the building. Last year they were remodeling the hot tubs and sauna. This year everything was open. My daughter truly loved the Pong and PacMan video games along with the pool table, all of which are free—a parent's dream. We have personally stayed on all floors at the Village of Breckenridge. We were happy to see this condo was on the second floor because the higher the condo, the hotter the rooms. I loved that this condo had multiple windows to open and a ceiling fan. They also provided a high-tech humidifier with a big tank. 😘 The custom design closet made it easy to put up your clothes in a small space. My daughter loved how easy it was to make and push her bed under our king bed, keeping the room nice and tidy. My daughter loved the red sign above the bed that said, “Après at 9’600”. The light colors in the room made it feel bigger. The condo has a full-size kitchen which makes cooking easy. My family would catch happy hour at Auturm and Blue River Bistro. Blue River Bistro also has a fantastic dinner. The kids will love Downstairs at Eric’s; however, no reservations. Our family will be renting this condo next year—big shout out to Ben and Hope.
