The space A one bedroom one bath townhome style condo with a private attached garage. A palette of soft greens and an abundance of light greet you as you step into the main living area. We really enjoyed our stay and as the title says, the location was excellent. Super close to the free shuttle to the mountain and around the rest of town. Always look forward to getting back to that warm fireplace every night;)
My husband and I very much enjoyed our 1-week stay. Our dog loved it too, especially the fireplace. The Peak 9 chair lifts are an easy walk from the condo, as well as tons of bars, restaurants and shops. We really felt at home and would stay here again.
We loved this condo for our weekend getaway to Breck, would’ve been comfortable for a longer stay - wish we had more time! Very clean and nice amenities. Location is great, we walked to Peak 9 to ski as well as Main Street for shopping and dining. Great to have garage parking as well! Everything was as described
We had an amazing trip! The condo has a great location for Peak 9 skiing and all the shopping! It has a great kitchen for food prep and cooking a Thanksgiving meal! Made great memories with our family!!

We really enjoyed our stay at this unit. Easy check-in. Great location on the south end of town with an easy walk up Main Street. Well appointed with necessities (paper goods, dishwashing soap, spices, etc.) Great place for the two of us.

Our second time here. Excellent location with easy walk to Main Street restaurants. Less than a block to Breck Brewery. Very dog friendly unit with patio door and small lawn out back. Community Hot tub on property and access to all Main Street Station amenities (gym, pool, hot tub, steam sauna, locker rooms) across the street. The private single car garage would come in very useful in the winter. FYI, a Chevy Tahoe fits perfectly in the garage!
Comfortable condo, right on a walking trail that leads to a park with more trails and the Breckenridge troll! Easy walk into downtown Main Street. Perfect place to stay with a pet - even a cable to tie out a dog in the small grass area near the back patio. Well equipped kitchen for cooking, great hot tub steps from front door plus access to a heated pool and more hot tubs.

Wonderful condo on the “less busy” side of town. Walking distance to restaurants, shops. Ground level access with a garage for car and bikes. Great floor plan and the furnishings were all very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked. Highly recommend!!

We had a lovely stay at this property over a long Labor Day Weekend. It was exactly what we were looking for. The location is wonderful, just far enough away from the bustle of Main Street, but close enough to walk in to town. The space was clean, well kept, and had all the items we needed for a comfortable stay. A great feature about the space that we did not realize until we arrived was that it backs to a nice, quiet area. Units on the other side back to Hwy 9. Additionally, the complex is a minute or two walk to the ice arena, The Troll, a nice little park, and a nice little two mile or so trail.

Great place to stay. The ski chalet was perfect for storing skis and boots overnight and not having to carry them back to the condo. You just cross the street, pick up your gear and walk about 100 yards to the ski lift. Would definitely stay again.
