This living room is open to the dining table and kitchen, perfectly equipped for home cooked meals. The second and third bedrooms are on this level, both furnished with queen beds. There is a full bathroom and a half bath on this level as well.

On the third level you'll find another full bathroom. Across the hall is the master bedroom with king bed and TV.

Go back down to the main level, to head outside to the private hot tub and gaze at the stars and mountains all around. There's patio seating and a gas grill for your use. 1107 American Way is perfect for 2 or 3 families to be able to spread out and relax. There's a carport for 1 vehicle and plenty of parking. This home does have stairs.
