Perfect property for a family weekend! We had a group of 14 to celebrate the engagement of our daughter and it was PERFECT! Very large, extremely well equipped kitchen. The beds were super comfortable and the sheets were fantastic. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out, with a pool table and foosball table in the basement, along with a theatre room. Will definitely book this wonderful property again.

Great weekend in Breck!

This was a great spot to use as our basecamp in Breck. Easy access to downtown, beautiful property, and comfortable rooms. Would definitely come back!

We stayed at this property with 6 adults and 7 kids. It had the perfect amount of space for kids to play, number of bedrooms and large enough kitchen/eating area! It was an ideal location to the slopes and town but does require a car

Group Ski Trip

Wonderful multi-family ski vacation! The Lodge at Skill Hill had all the amenities to accommodate our large group which include teenagers and 2 kiddos age 8 and 9. They loved pool table and media room. Plenty of space to spread and still enjoy all being together. Kitchen was fully equipped for cooking breakfast and dinners. Would definitely stay again!! Recommend for large groups and families! of

Awesome Cabin

Booked this cabin for my 30th bday, so much space, had a total of 14 people and there was more than enough room. Very close to downtown and ski resort, perfect location. Hosts were very responsive and accommodating. Would love to book again !

Overall worked well for diverse group. Layout worked out for 13 bodies. Close to town and good nucleus for surrounding activities. Monday thru Friday management contacts very attentive - the weekend contacts nice but couldn,t acheive much.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location is fantastic but the house was just OK. A bit outdated, clean but not detailed (crooked pictures, empty shower soap containers, jumbled kitchen). The management company seemed to be mailing it in ā€“ the sauna was out of order, but nobody told us before arrival and the ā€œhouse manualā€™ was a generic sheet about the management company that contains zero details on our specific property of how to use any of the amenities, etc..

Wonderful home for multiple families

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful experience here with five families and the home was able to host over twenty people with ease! Some of our favorite features of the home included the proximity to Base 8 (having one of the Dads drop off family members at base then walk down was the best option), the double dishwashers in the kitchen, lots of big tvs, separated upstairs/downstairs living areas for adults/kids, a great management team who constantly checks in, large bunk room for kids, multiple refrigerators (3 total), 3 master suites and easy parking for 4 vehicles. A few things to note: some bedrooms/bathrooms do not have doors or locks (potential issue when hosting so many people), pillows needed a refresh, home listed as ski-in/out, but we never saw or found a way to do this. You can walk down to Peak 8 but it is a bit hilly. Overall, we loved our visit and would recommend this home as a great option for large groups or families!

Great for big group, but could use updates

Overall, this property is great for a big group. My extended family with multiple kids, teens and elderly all had plenty of room to spread out. The location is a big plus since you can walk to the gondola. My complaints are small but worth mentioning: 1) no televisions in the house worked except one with a Roku box we could sign into. Not crucial but would have been nice for Thanksgiving week. 2) There was never enough hot water so after one person took a hot shower, the following showers were luke warm. And 3) there are literally no locks on any bathroom doors. Not even on the powder room right off the kitchen. I personally stayed in a bedroom that didn't even have a door separating the bathroom! With kids staying in the house, you just had to be prepared to have someone walk in on you anytime. The property management was fantastic, so maybe they can help make some changes to these things. Besides those small gripes, the place is great!

We booked for a family gathering to celebrate birthdays with family that live all around the world. This property had the perfect amount of space for our group of 13, which included a 9 year old and an 11 month old. The kitchen and pool table/bar areas were our favorite! The outdoor porches were also quite enjoyable in the September weather. Close to the shuttle stop, which was very convenient.

Family reunion

The property is large and suited our family well. We enjoyed our stay immensely. The property is very well located near downtown Breckenridge with mountain views in the distance. The property could use a little TLC in terms of ensuring all windows have working screens and the burners and grill are working properly.

This is a beautiful property that was perfect for our annual family vacation for 14. Great location, lots of space and sooo many amenities! We loved the hot tub, gym, sauna and movie theater. Really well stocked kitchen with double ovens and double dishwashers made cooking a breeze. We loved cooking with the Weber grill. Cozy living room with fireplace was a great spot to enjoy morning coffee. Rustic cabin feel added to the feeling of being in a true mountain home! Super easy check in and check out. Wonderful stay!
