Large ski-in/ski-out home with mtn views, hot tub, firepit

Experience true mountain living as you soak in your private hot tub on the deck with views of the mountain and of skiers skiing by on 4 O'Clock Run! Or enjoy hiking, wildlife viewing and a mountain biking adventure park right behind the house!
This ski-in, ski-out 4 bedroom, 4 1/2 bathroom townhouse is the perfect place to come home to after a day on the mountain or enjoying everything else that Breckenridge has to offer! It also allows you to take a break during the day to rest, have lunch or apres ski and avoid the crowded lodge.

Our spacious home has 3 levels of living space so your group can spread out with plenty of room for everyone. It even has a game room in the basement with darts, board games, cards and a Wii so the kids (or adults!) can have a fun evening together after their day of adventure on the hill.
Enjoy beautiful views of the mountain/ski hill from the living room while you curl up in front of the fireplace or watch a movie or sporting event on the 65" television. Our home has free Wifi and cable tv. There is a full-size washer and dryer in the basement so you can pack less and have dry ski clothes! Place your boots by the radiant heater in the garage for dry, warm boots every day!
There is a heated garage as well as a driveway spot to accommodate 2 vehicles. To get to the ski hill, simply walk (or ski) about 30 yards to the trail to 4 O’Clock Run and you are on your way!
Downtown Breckenridge is only a 4 minute drive away (1.4 miles) or hop on the free shuttle via the bus stop .4 miles away (~6 minute walk).

Layout:
Bedroom 1: Upstairs. King bed and en suite bathroom, walk-in closet and mountain views.
Bedroom 2: Upstairs. Queen bed and full bathroom in hallway.
Bedroom 3: Main floor. Queen bed, balcony and en suite bathroom.
Bedroom 4: Basement. Bunk beds (sleeps 4) and full bathroom.
Another 1/2 bath is on the main floor.

Don't feel like skiing/riding? Try snowshoeing! 4 pairs of snowshoes are available in the unit (for free). Snowshoe up/down the hill behind our property or drive to many trails in Breckenridge that are free to the public. Or walk to the Nordic Center just down the street with miles of snowshoeing, cross-country skiing and snowcat adventure tours (go to www.breckenridgenordic.com for info on trail pass purchase and rentals).

There are also so many beautiful, wooded hiking trails within walking distance of the house. Or you can take a short drive to hike a 14er (14-thousand foot peak). You can also bike the gorgeous Summit County bike trail along the Blue River from Breckenridge to Frisco. Stop and have lunch or shop while in Frisco and then make your way home. Or, for the advanced mountain biker, try the Mountain Bike Adventure Park (free) just up the hill from our house. You can bring your own bike or rent one in town.

Great Family Vacation

We have stayed in Breck several times with our family, and this might be the best place yet. Convenient location with easy walkable access to the 4 o’clock run. Was well equipped with everything we needed for our family (kids aged 1-10), and Vicki was very responsive to any questions that we had. Highly recommend, and I could easily see us staying here again!

This property is perfectly located close to town and far enough away to feel like your not in the middle of the city. The pictures are exactly how the condo looks. Everything was convenient. From check in to check out. Communication with owners was wonderful. Highly recommend staying here.

Fantastic Location

This condo has everything you need! It is the most beautiful place we’ve stayed in Summit County in 30 years. The hot tub and fire pit were favorites among the young people. The well-equipped kitchen is a treat. We hated to leave!

Ideal property for large group

My husband and our adult children and 5 of their friends all stayed here for 5 nights and it was ideal living quarters with the floor plan. Comfortable beds, clean and well equipped! Will stay here again!!

Ski trip home

Vicki was awesome and so is her place. So much fun skiing in & out. Hot tub was a huge "WIN" with the kids. Plus the most beautiful drive down into Breckenridge. Hope to go back!

Great getaway

We loved the ski in and ski out aspect. We were able to come in for lunch and go back out. The hot tub was perfect after a long day on the slopes and we cooked 3 nights. With young kids it was just easier than going out and fighting crowds.

Perfect Breckenridge Location

This property is outstanding. Its close to the mountain and to downtown. The host is awesome - great communication. We had a large group of 10 people and it was perfect - we had plenty of space to hang out and plenty of beds. I would definitely book this location again.

Wonderful home for our family stay!

We spent a week at this property with our teenagers, and it was a wonderful spot for our family ski trip. Very clean and well-maintained property. Super convenient to the 4'o clock run (we skied right down the driveway!). Plenty of space for everyone, and well stocked kitchen.

Great visit

Overall a wonderful place, just steps (about 150) from the slopes; very nice amenities including a great hot tub. Good quality furnishings. Plenty of space. Good parking. What made it really special was a particular post departure follow up from Vicki - one of the guests left something - and she was incredibly gracious and helpful in retrieving it. We’d definitely recommend the place, and hope to come back!

After years of talking about it, we finally got the whole gang together.

We could not have had a better time unless we had better snow. The condo was great. Plenty of room and places to sleep for people. Great location, slope access, and accessibility to town. Would recommend to anybody interested in getting the most out of Breckenridge.

Great Stay

Great property! Easy access to 4 o'clock run. Not super walkable to town/buses but a short drive. No need to leave the house though- out family loved the hot tub, grill, fire table and all the games. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils, spices and everything else you need. Humidifiers too- they thought of the details! Host was friendly & communicative.

Incredible Mountain Escape

Beautiful setting, accommodations provided enough space for 7 adults (many of whom remote worked), the place provides all necessities and it is very comfortable. So clean, the beds are very comfortable. The location is awesome (a short walk down hill to town, free shuttle or gondola ride anywhere, so easy) and so quiet after returning from town bustle. Vicki, the host, is incredible too! Everything was top notch! Thank you - would certainly stay here again!!!

Quality condo

Overall this has been one of the most updated houses we've stayed in. Beds were in good condition, appliances were all relatively new in appearance and in great working condition. Rental property so a few small thinks here and there that needed to be worked on but nothing that caused us any inconvenience. No doubt I'll be looking to stay here again next year.

Everything we hoped for and more!

Place was perfect for our extended family trip for 5 adults and 4 18-22 year olds. Easy access to slopes. Lots of personal touches (shampoo, soap, bath tissue, plenty of towels) made it so easy to relax and enjoy ourselves. Kitchen was very well stocked. Couldn’t ask for anything more!

Wonderful Property and Experience

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The accommodations and owner exceeded our expectations on all fronts. The property was excellent for a family with middle age children as the downstairs game room allowed for kids and adults to enjoy downtime after a day of skiing. The location was convenient to the snowflake lift, Peak 8 and only a short drive back down to Main Street. I highly recommend.

Had a good time. Worked out great for our family of 9. The info says futon but the couch actually makes out to a bed.Pantry was out of salt and I needed measuring spoons too.The town was very busy. We won’t go back during Christmas.

Comfortable and spacious

We were a group of 9 people and the rooms were comfortable and clean. The house was very pleasant and well equiped. The host was prompt answering questions and dealing with small issues. Skiing out was easy and in required a short walk up the hill.

Compelled to leave a review

I have never left a review before, but I felt compelled to leave the review for this place. The host is amazing and very responsive and helpful. The location is spectacular. The condo is well appointed. We had everything we needed. It was so comfortable and safe and warm and beautiful. I really loved this place. At the end of the driveway, snap on your skis and ski down to snowflake lift across the road otherwise snap them off just cross the road otherwise ski and ski out and really easy.
