The living room, dining space, and kitchen are airy and open, making it easy to spend quality time together as you prepare meals with stainless steel appliances or unwind in the evenings beside the wood-burning fireplace. After days spent skiing, snowboarding, hiking, or fishing, you’ll appreciate Cimarron’s excellent shared amenities, including a swimming pool, indoor hot tubs, a sauna, and a summer barbecue deck. The swimming pool is conveniently located adjacent to the building—just about a one-minute walk from the condo.
Guests will also enjoy both covered and open parking options, making arrivals and departures easy and stress-free no matter the season.
Cimarron is a recently remodeled complex ideally situated on Park Avenue in Breckenridge. The Quicksilver Super 6 Lift is less than a quarter-mile south, the Snowflake Lift is a third of a mile west, and the beginner-friendly Four O’Clock Run is less than a quarter-mile north. Just across Park Avenue, you’ll find the Riverwalk and the Blue River Bikeway, with the heart of historic Main Street only moments away. Main Street offers an outstanding selection of restaurants, cafés, après-ski spots, brewpubs, boutiques, and gear shops to enjoy year-round. In the summer months, fill your days with scenic lift rides, mountain hikes, and rounds of golf at the Breckenridge Golf Club, located five miles north.

Great property with hot tubs, close to town and ski lifts (bus stop helps). Underground heated parking. Great response from property manager. Connected room a little too close and can hear through door. But managed by putting something in front of door to help mute. Overall great stay and memorable. Will stay again.

Did not enjoy my stay there!
This condo is split into two. There is a door right in the middle of the condo where the joint room is and you can hear everything that is going on in that room. Goodluck if you're trying to have privacy. It feels so weird knowing someone can just come in to your room and also hear everything you are saying since the door is so thin.. They should add a layer of insulation and another door. Was hard to sleep since there is a lot of noise coming out of that joint room. The bed and sofa bed where super uncomfortable extremely low quality mattress felt like you're sleeping on the floor. Also the chimney would not stay closed so cold air kept coming in. The restroom is super small and only fit for one person overall no space whatsoever. They really need to renovate it I saw mold in the restroom. I just hated that there was no privacy at all like I said you can hear EVERYTHING going on in the joint room. Just felt creepy. I'm well traveled and have been to many condos in colorado this by far was my most uncomfortable 4 day stay ever. Overall I like the location of it the decor was cute the viewa where not bad at all.. I didn't expect a 5 star hotel but this was definitely a 2 star room. I feel bad leaving this review I'm not a picky person but seriously they need to renovate it and do something about the lack of privacy.
