This fantastic third floor Breckenridge condo gives you a great view of town with a mountain backdrop. Recently renovated and stocked with a new large flat screen TV, this two bedroom unit gives you the pleasures of watching your favorite movie while relaxing by the fire. The new furnishings continue with the brand new appliances, granite counter tops and bathrooms. Enjoy being 20 yards from the bottom of the Four O'clock ski run, and just a block to historic Main Street. This location is convenient and easy to get around. Each unit has free Wi-Fi, washer and dryer, a covered parking space, as well as access to the complex's two indoor hot tubs and shared grills on the outdoor patio.

The property was just as advertised and even more beautiful in person. The fixtures and decorating are outstanding! Great location. The only thing I would suggest that would make it better is to have ground coffee on hand, that would be available the morning after arrival. We had to go out before breakfast to find some. Thanks!
This condo was a wonderful home base for our ski vacation in Breckenridge - close to downtown, close to skiing, good size for our family, good amenities.
Great little place, so convenient for skiing! Had one hiccup with the TVs, management was on it and at the condo like it was a heating issue…very responsive and professional. Our remote issues were quickly resolved. Only recommendation would to provide more blankets options for pull out couch. We loved our stay and would stay here again. Thank you!
First, having to go off site to check in/out is a real pain. Most places have coded door locks.
Also they charged us for smoking when none of us smoke. I have reached out to try and get them to remove the charge but they refuse. Do not stay here you will get scammed and Don’t stay anywhere control by Great Western Lodging.
This is a gem. Kitchen very well stocked for home cooking. Great living area with two separate large seating areas for entertaining. Ski in - so easy location for skiing and a one minute walk to bus station. Ultra easy distance to downtown. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Only cons were very dimly lit throughout so can’t do puzzles or games easily at kitchen table. Also closets were being. Used for storage of odd stuff in large plastic storage containers which took up lots of room in both bed room closets. Would have been nice to have that space for guest storage. Maybe put those decorative pillows in those great little vacuum sealed storage bags to utilize the space better. But 5 stars because clean condo and facility and great location!
Nice Condo overall. Little annoyances. No pepper in kitchen, garbage disposer broke and plumbing clogged. Noisy neighbors upstairs till 1 am and early next morning.
Great location and overall satisfied with the accomodations.
The location is great, near the shopping and easy access to the mountains for hiking. The interior is a little tired with some maintenance needed for the bathroom faucets. But still great place.

Floor was dirty, comforter was dirty, few amenities like no spices.
Great location, views, and layout for a family or any group of 2 to 6 persons
Loved the layout with plenty of seating area in living room, workable small kitchen, two big beds in one bedroom and one big bed in another, two relatively small but well-equipped bathrooms. Really nice view from the living area and balcony. Great location close to downtown Main Street and two blocks from the gondola. But the big bonus for us was being RIGHT NEXT DOOR to the ski run. We ended up each day by skiing to our parking lot where we just dumped out skis and boards in the Jeep and went inside and relaxed. The unit is nicely furnished and very comfortable and we would request it again and maybe even move our trip a week or two forward or backward to get it!
Overall the condo was great. The issues we had were small. We ran out of hot water very quickly. The handles for both the shower and the faucet in the master area were incorrect or backwards. The couch is well used!
We loved staying in this unit for our little weekend getaway. Great location for walking to downtown and skiing. Just needs a few small additions like more than one pan, maybe some tin foil, ziplock baggies, etc. Overall it’s a great unit and we look forward to coming back!
This was a great and clean condo. Perfect for a quick weekend ski trip! One block from town so you can walk to all the shops and restaurants. Bus that took you to ski lift was literally right out out door. We will be back!
My wife, 35 year old son, and I stayed at this unit for one week The first night was a rough nights sleep for all three of us due to the pillows being the worst pillows I have ever encountered in my life. I am in sales and have to stay a couple nights a week in hotels as I travel. These pillows took the cake for horrible pillows. None of us could sleep and we all had stiff necks in the morning. I saw an employee of Great Western Saturday morning in the condo office and asked him if there was anyway he could find us different pillows. He just happened to have a brand new batch of pillows! Thank Goodness the new pillows were a great improvement and we all slept much better the remaining 6 nights. Other than that everything was great!
Comfortable condo or all 7 of us. We enjoyed the space and felt were close enough to downtown and restaurants. E-mailed property before stay and never received answer. Also, check out was a pain since office was closed and were not given proper instructions. Property itself was great, the service and communication not so much.
