  • This beautifully renovated condo offers easy walking access to Downtown and the Gondola for Peaks 7 + 8. It has a completely new designer interior with stainless steel appliances and other updated amenities.

    The bedroom has a queen-sized bed and the living room hosts a queen-sized sleeper sofa.

    We're just one block east of Main Street, so any destination in the Historic Town of Breckenridge is close by. Park your car during you visit and walk everywhere or utilize our free bus system to get you where you want to go.

    Whether you're vacationing for winter or summer outdoor activities, this condo is ideally situated and is a comfortable place to come home to.

    Like many condos in Breck, there are shared coin-operated washers and dryers in the adjacent hallway. Depending on the season, the unit has movable space heaters, fans and an AC unit to keep things warmer or cooler as needed.
