LOCATION – Double Eagle B12 is located right off of the Lower 4 O'clock Run and it sits about a block from Park Avenue on 4 O'clock Road. If you walk three blocks towards town, you will be standing on Main St. with countless shops and restaurants to meet any craving you can think of. Walk a block up from Double Eagle and you will find yourself sitting on the Snowflake lift, heading up Peak 9. After you are done skiing you can literally ski right up to the back porch. It cannot get much easier than that!
AMENITIES – This comfortable two-bedroom is well-equipped to sleep six people. It includes two queen bedrooms as well as a queen sofa sleeper in the living area right in front of the gas burning fireplace. Additional amenities include a full eat-in kitchen, a gas fireplace, flat screen TVs, DVD players and high speed internet. After a big day of skiing, soak in the on-site outdoor hot tubs or take a short walk to the Upper Village Common area outdoor heated pool and hot tubs (Seasonal, off-site). The Upper Village pool will be closed seasonally for maintenance in the Spring & Fall - Check with our sales team for exact closure dates.
All Pinnacle properties are stocked with: • High-end bed linens and towels. • Kitchens - cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and standard small appliances. Great property in a great location, everything was as described. It was an easy walk to town, easy walk to the lift, and you can ski right to the unit. We would definitely stay here again.
Property was better than expected. Comfortable beds, cozy fireplace, well stocked kitchen, perfect location with easy slope access- skied right to the door. Hot tub just a few steps from door.
We had a wonderful week in Breck. Great location for skiing and access to downtown. We walked everywhere! Condo looked exactly like the photos! So happy with our stay and our first trip to Breck!
Five adults stayed in the condo. My husband, daughters and our daughter’s boyfriend who became her fiancée by the end of the week. The condo had everything and was extremely comfortable and cozy. Excellent location. Ski in ski out and very close walk to town. Would absolutely recommend and rent again.
Pretty typical Breckenridge condo -- cozy mountain-y furnishings, etc. Great true ski in-out very near bottom of 4 oclock. Property management was extremely professional. Very minor complaint was cleanliness of fridge; everything else met high expectations.
Loved our stay, very clean and convenient to snowflake lift and downtown. This condo was clean and the kitchen was stocked. The only issue we experienced was, beds! Needs new beds. The management company is awesome, very helpful with all of our needs and communication. Simple check in and out. Would recommend this condo.
The property is clean and cozy, and the photographs are accurate. The condo has a convenient hot tub steps away from the unit, but the pool is a drive and we didn’t use it. The unit is on the Four O’Clock ski trail and can be “skied into” on the way back from the mountain. However, to access lifts, we took the shuttle which is 2 min walk from the condo.
Excellent stay. Location is great. Check in/out were a piece of cake with an information text at check in time and day before checkout. Legit ski in and 100 yard walk to snowflake lift with access to the whole mountain. Not difficult with kids. But shuttle stop 50 yards down hill to snowflake lift if easier. Easy walk to town which we did every night. Condo was great. Kitchen was easy to use and fully stocked. Great appliances. Living room was well furnished and a great space. Two bedrooms plus pull out couch were perfect for our four person family. Pullout couch was a legit good bed with great bedding. Bedrooms are on the small side which require some navigation and there isn’t a ton of clothes storage space. Bathrooms are well appointed and good size with plenty of nice towels.
And to top it off we saw a moose right outside on Four O’clock trail our last night
Great stay, great location. Would definitely stay here again!

The apartment was absolutely ideal for us - two couples. It is clean, attractive and well equipped. The kitchen is set up for people who like to cook although there are lots of restaurants nearby if you don’t wish to. It is close to the town center and really close to the ski lift. Skiing right down to Double Eagle at the end of the day is just amazing - just when you’re tired, you’re right at the door to ‘home.’ We loved it.

What a wonderful experience! The condo was exactly as described and the agency was in constant communication making sure everything was ok. We were able to ski right back to the condo and we skied down to the bus stop at the base of 4'Oclock run. Easy walk to town. Highly recommend!
Beautiful place. Incredibly clean. The kitchen has all the equipment you need to cook at home. The living room with fireplace was just what we needed to wind down and get cozy after a long day out. The communication with the host was amazing. A short walk to downtown. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay at. We'll definitely be staying here again.
It was such a great stay for 2 families gathering with their adult children in Breck and Fort Collins. Location is fabulous with short walking distance to Main Street and bus stops just outside the door—a terrific management company supporting a well-equipped home.
This place is good. Very close and walkable to town. Very much a ski in but a decent uphill walk to the snowflake lift which is a little slow. Overall quite a good stay.

Went with another couple for a week of skiing. It was absolutely perfect for us! The kitchen is well appointed (important for tired skiers who are too tired to go out!). Great communication with owners/managers. It was great - can't wait to go again.
This condo was the perfect home base for our family of 5 ski trip. Very cozy, great location both for skiing and walking into town. Property management was very responsive to any and all questions. Finally, this sounds strange but the best gas fireplace I've ever sat in front of, I usually only like wood :-). Highly recommend.
