Built in 2001, this 751-square-foot condo is comfortable and well-appointed, offering a gas fireplace in the living room, a fully outfitted kitchen, and a balcony with views that reach Baldy Mountain. Stroll home from the slopes each afternoon to find a number of fantastic community amenities waiting for you, including a large outdoor pool, multiple hot tubs, and a fitness center.
Main Street Station is a wonderful blend of luxury and location, with the base of Peak 9 a short walk from your front door and Main Street at your back. The Quicksilver Super 6 Lift is right across Maggie Pond, offering easy connections to the 187 trails, 33 other lifts, and 2,908 skiable acres of terrain at Breckenridge Ski Resort. If you wander northward up the street, you'll quickly reach the heart of historic Main Street with its excellent restaurants, apres-ski spots, brewpubs, and boutiques to explore.
Come summertime, you can tee off at the Breckenridge Golf Club (five miles north), take rides on the Alpine Slide and the Goldrunner Coaster at the resort, stroll along the Riverwalk that traces the Blue River, and hike and fish to your heart's content. The Frisco Bay Marina on the shores of Lake Dillon is less than 10 miles north as well, providing a great spot to kayak, stand-up paddleboard, or take out a sailboat.
Things to Know There is no air conditioning. Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Laundry - Washer/Dryer are available as a shared amenity for the building.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Not only is the location ridiculously convenient, the apartment was more than comfortable for me and my fiancee. My favorite features were the fireplace and the fact that the bed was comfortable. Will definitely be coming back.
This was my first stay in Breckenridge and I was pleasantly surprised. The condo was clean, roomy, and located conveniently to the chairlift. I was unaware of the ski valet and locker service before checking in, but I greatly appreciated having it available. I would definitely stay there again.

The place is beautiful, spacious and very clean, not to mention very conveniently located. Easy to get to great restaurants and also the pool/hot tubs.
Location is great! Super easy access to everything. Great condo, except for the bed. It was hard as a rock and very warm at night in the room. They did have fans in the closet to use. I gave 4 stars simply because of how hard the bed was.
The condo was clean and fully stocked with everything we needed. Without air conditioning, the unit was warm during the day but cooled down at night with fans and open windows.
The building was at the south end of the main business district and was within easy walking distance of shopping and restaurants.
Our ONLY complaint is the extra firm (bordering on rock-hard) mattress.
BUT,,, We would still stay in the condo again!

This is a wonderful place to stay and get to enjoy everything Breckenridge has to offer. We had an issue with the WiFi, which was promptly fixed. The TV in the bedroom still had trouble streaming Amazon Prime. Since we were there for one night only, it didn’t matter that much.
I will be booking for ski season ASAP before this amazing apartment gets completely booked.
The location is perfect. On the main strip where all restaurants and shops are located. No more than a few blocks from anything you could possibly want. We rented skis from Breck sports and it’s right out the back door. The slopes are less than a 2 minute walk. Absolutely perfect location.
We were so happy with this cute condo! My partner is from Texas and has COPD. The altitude was difficult for him so we didn't do much sight seeing other than a night at the NRO concert. It was such a comfortable place to hang out in that we didn't mind at all staying in and just checking out local restaurants. Since we are both over 80, we appreciated the convenience and comfort this place had to offer. It got a little warm at night with no AC but the fans helped. We had a wonderful time and hope to come back soon.

Perfectly Cozy
We loved our stay here! The staff were more than welcoming and so friendly! The condo was perfectly cozy with plenty of room us! Great location with access to Main Street but also quiet enough for us in the evenings and mornings. Our only complaint really was the beds were extremely hard!!! We ended up buying a blow up mattress to use instead of the pull out couch(didn't help with the king bed in the bedroom but, oh well.)
If beds were softer, even just a little bit...we would absolutely stay here again!
Home is well equipped. Bed comfortable BUT We paid a cleaning fee for the next people, but we're very frustrated at the fact that we did not receive a clean home! Much of the home was dusty. Also, the kitchen counters had crumbs in the kitchen and floors had crumbs and spilled items that were never cleaned up. And the shower was full of moldy areas. Also, sure it is the cleaners responsibility, there were no kitchen wash cloths or sponges or dishwashing soap. Dishwasher soap was a solid block which we did not notice til departure morning.
First, the positives...the property location was great! Easy access to everything in Breckenridge. It was well furnished with most everything that was needed.
Negatives...no air conditioning. Huge negative! It was disclosed on the listing, but I missed it until right before we left. I did inquire about the ability to open windows and availability of fans. The responder said no on fans. Thankfully, there were 2 actually provided. However, even with both fans going and the window open in the bedroom, it did not cool below 75 until early in the morning. Probably 80% of the year A/C isn't needed, especially if there is a breeze. The week we were there, it was needed. Next, the bed was not comfortable at all. It was extremely firm. Finally, there were plenty of bath and hand towels, but no wash cloths. Seemed strange.

First Time to Breck
I stayed at Main Street Station for a work conference and the whole resort was so beautiful! This was also my first time to Breckenridge and it did not disappoint. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly and my room was perfectly clean upon arrival. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Unit; Great Location
Overall, loved the complex, unit and location! Unit was well located on 4th (top) level and convenient to the elevator in the Main Building so easy access after check-in and super convenient for ski valet, gym, hot tubs, et al all located in the lower level; just an easy elevator hop down from the unit! Unit was very clean and well furnished - it's great to have full kitchen and a full extra 2nd bathroom. A couple of the floor lights were not working (one had a faulty pull cord, and the other probably a burned out bulb), but no big deal. Kitchen was well-stocked and modern - had everything we needed. Fireplace worked and looked great. Bathrooms were super clean and well-stocked as well. The hairdryer in main bathroom needs to be replaced with newer model - it was a model that attaches to the wall, but it was just loose in a drawer; a newer one would be advised. The lighting in the main bathroom is very dark; some extra fixtures or brighter lights would be welcomed. Also, the unit could use some wall hooks for ski-gear to hang on after full day of skiing (coats, bibs, et al). TV, cable and audio all worked great and really just needed one remote for usage each - both setups in LR and main bedroom were great. Check-in and out were easy and slick. Thank you!
