We loved this little place. The kids could ski right to it when done for the day. We were within walking distance of downtown and shuttles. Lots to do for our kids while there, they played pool and ping pong in the evenings. We will return!

This is a funny property. Right in the middle of Breckenridge, close to everything, very central, but still rustic. The stream in the backyard is a great bonus. A great place to stay.
The spot is perfect for a ski or summer getaway in Breck. Check-in was easy and our condo was clean and cozy. Would go back again for the reasonable price, good space, and location.I gave this 4 stars only because our "fully stocked kitchen" could really use some restocking with a bigger variety of pots and pans, some olive oil, more than just salt and pepper, and less than 3 cheese graters (one would suffice).Also one of the hot tubs' water was so cool we couldn't even stay in for more than 5 minutes and the other warmer one was full.
Nice location. We walked to snowflake lift in the morning. Truly about 8 minutes. Might have been able to ski back if there was more snow.

Comfortable, Great Location, and a Little Outdated
The location is great, and our family of six was comfortable. The property is a little outdated and could use a face lift. Had a bit of a funky smell, kind of like a grandma’s basement. Leaky kitchen faucet, super loud dishwasher, etc. but no major complaints. Good price within walking distance from Main Street!
Most everything was great, and what wasn't doesn't lower the overall 5* rating. Location was amazing with the free shuttle only a few steps away. Easy walk downtown. Only issue is that it is not very well required in terms of cooking. No large frying pans or baking dishes even though you can sleep up to 6. Not even 6 dinner plates. Again, just an FYI, but something to consider. Otherwise, an amazing place we would stay at again!
So glad they had a game room & a river & a picnic table to help pass the time since it took four hours to get the keypad fixed to get into the condo. Very nice once we got in & they did give us a 50 credit for the delay.
