Guest access Guests have access to the entire condo and shared building amenities, including a pool, hot tub, fitness centre, ski locker room, and more. Plus, access luxury facilities at One Ski Hill Place, such as additional pools, a spa, and shuttle services.
Your stay includes access through electronic key cards and/or parking passes provided during check-in. A refundable security deposit of $250 will be collected through our secure verification partner prior to your arrival, covering potential replacement fees. This deposit is entirely refundable upon returning all key cards at check-out. Please note that if multiple cards are not returned, additional fees will be incurred.
Other things to note Prior to arrival, guests will be asked to complete a brief identity verification through our secure Guest Portal. Completion of the verification step is required to finalize check-in details.
Beyond verification, the Guest Portal serves as a convenient resource for your stay. Where applicable, access information, smart lock details, and device controls will be provided there. The portal also includes optional concierge requests such as early check-in, late checkout, and additional amenities, all subject to availability and approval.

great location, nice stay. confusing to check in process as i wasn't approved until the property company sent another email with needing id's. was able to get information prior to checking in. stay was nice, 2 bedrooms with a pullout couch. location was awesome, 1 block walk to gondola, with a trail right to the condo building. would definitely stay here again if i were to ski breck again.
A great family ski trip to Breck. 10 min walk to the gondola, ski down through the parking lot directly to condo, a short walk to town. The unit was quiet, beds and linen were excellent. Questions were answered promptly. Look forward to coming back.
This unit was very clean and uncluttered which we appreciated very much. The location is also a plus as it is ski-in from the 4 o'clock trail on Peak 8. The bed linens in the master bedroom were above average -- a real plus! However, the unit is overdue for a total refresh as the current condition of everything was disappointing. The check-in process was also delayed as the key cards were not in the lock box per the instructions; however, the property manager responded in a timely manner even after discovering the contact number listed in the description was incorrect. We also had to pay for a property damage waiver which we found unusual as we have never had to pay this fee before. We are responsible adults, so we found this annoying. Overall, we felt the unit was overpriced as we have stayed in nicer units in Mountain Thunder that were less expensive.
