Breckenridge Ski Area Views from 4 Bedroom, 4 Bath Home

Newer construction, 2,900 square foot house (2300' main levels, 600' basement) with expansive views of Breckenridge Ski Area and the ten Mile Range. Home and hot tub are adjacent to French Creek, and sleeps up to 10. Finished basement with 47' HDTV, Blue Ray DVD, Bar and game room.

Located in the Breckenridge neighborhood of Vista Point, this smoke-free home is a short three-quarter mile walk to Main Street. A FREE bus (the Summit Stage, see link below) is also available to take you to the Slopes (straight to Breck Gondola) or Town.

The living room has 18 foot vaulted ceilings, two-story views of the mountains, a stone fireplace, and leather furnishings.

The dining area is surrounded by bay windows, a full kitchen with granite countertops, wood floors and knotted hickory cabinets.

Outside of the kitchen is a full deck with barbecue. Off of the lower level of the house is a Private eight person Hot Tub, just a few feet from the creek.

The oversize family room has a sectional couch and 42 inch HDTV with Streaming and Cable channels, DVD. High Speed Internet and WiFi network included at no extra charge.

All four bedrooms have bathrooms with in-tile Heated Floors. The upstairs Master Suite includes a Private Balcony with Mountain Views, Jetted Tub, Double Shower, Queen bed, 26' HDTV/DVD and walk-in closet.

The two main level bedrooms each have a Queen bed. The other upstairs bedroom is perfect for kids with two sets of bunk beds, including one full bed and three twins.

Ample parking is available in a two car detached garage with automatic opener. Carbon Monoxide detectors on all levels and bedrooms. Driveway Snow Removal is included.

Our quiet Vista Point neighborhood is only two miles driving distance from the Ski Area, and five miles to Breckenridge Golf Course (27 Hole Jack Nicklaus Course). The house is also walking distance to Snowshoe and Hiking trails (Sally Barber Mine trail).

We were very happy with our stay! The home was immaculate and the host was very hospitable. The beds were comfy and the home was very warm and charming, yet updated. The home included plenty of kitchen utensils and supplies - everything we could have wanted and more. One of our highlights was the hottub with the gorgeous mountain views! I would happily stay here again and rent from this reponsive host!

35 years later high school friends gather

The size and location of the home was perfect for our group of 9 long-time friends. We were especially grateful for the garage parking and snow removal from the front walk and driveway since we got quite a few inches of snow overnight, which made skiing awesome. The hot tub was also much appreciated!

Great location

What a wonderful home! Our family enjoyed the proximity to downtown but really enjoyed the hiking/walking trails directly behind the house! The views from this house are spectacular and the house is roomy and comfortable.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were there for my oldest son's wedding at Blue Lake. We absolutely loved the house. The views were breath taking and the location was unbeatable. The house was everything we could hope for and more.

Multi-family Thanksgiving

This house was amazing. Beautiful house with a great view. Close to everything in town. We had 3 families with kids and everyone had plenty of room. Great place for the kids with lots of games and activities. This is our fourth Thanksgiving ski trip and this was definitely our favorite house that we have rented. Would love to stay here again if we choose Breckenridge again. Owners were responsive and easy to work with.

CLEAN HOUSE WITH AN AWESOME VIEW

This house was perfect! Very clean. Nicely decorated. And the view was incredible. What we also enjoyed was the river right out the back door! Slept with our windows open every night and listened to the water. Owner was quick to response when we had a question on the WiFi too. You can walk to town although it is a little distance. We absolutely loved Breckenridge and this house!

This was a fabulous house. Very open floor plan. 2 bedrooms on the main floor. Backs to a walking path and awesome sounds for the river. Couldn't have been more perfect of a house for us. There wasn't anything that we were missing. The owner communication was great. Thanks for a lovely house.

Great house

Everything was great ! House is located 5 mins away from everything you need like gondola or main street shops so you have peaceful place to stay and can dive into crowd in minutes . The cleanliness could be better but I totally understand that during the peak season this property is booked months ahead so they have only 4-5 hours in between tenants so I can't complain much about it . Manager answered all questions promptly

Perfect house for this family that loves to hike and cook

We loved the location of this house, away from traffic but convenient to town. Seven of us adults were very comfortable, with some beds to spare. Excellent HVAC, fast Wi-Fi (some of us had to do some work teleconferencing), nicely appointed kitchen, nice big dining table with a beautiful mountain view. The owners were very responsive before and after our stay. At night, the back porch provides a great view of the stars. An unexpected pleasure was walking out the back door onto a path that leads up the mountain or down to Main Street. We hope to return to Breckenridge, and this will be our go-to place, even after having scouted other areas.

Great place to stay!!

4 couples stayed for a week. There was plenty of space to either be together or to step away from the group for a bit. The house was tastefully decorated, clean, kitchen well stocked, bedrooms nice size and comfortable. Each couple having their own bathroom was a definite plus. There was a big open room downstairs that we didn't even use except to pass through to the hot tub. It was perfect for a family get together. Free transit pickup a block down the street that takes you all over Breckenridge and even into Frisco. Hiking trails right outside the back door. LOVED the running creek outside. Enjoyed the cool weather and the sound of the water in the evening. Jennifer was prompt in answering questions before we got there and even during our stay. Highly recommend this home!!

Beautiful house, incompetent home owner.

The trip started out good then went down hill. First the cable went out for several days. The property manager was out of town for the weekend and the owner would not speak to me, only email. Then the hot quit working, again I tried to reach the property manager, but because he lives 45 minuets away in a bad coverage area, he did not return my call for 12 hours. I would rent this home only if you anticipate no problems. If you do have any problems GOOD LUCK.

Great spot in breck

The place is great and is generally reflective of the listing. What the listing doesn’t capture however are the super views of the mountains and the sounds and beauty of the adjacent creek. We really enjoyed the house

Breck in the Summer

Everything was amazing. The home is spacious and accommodates everyone well. The open living room flows into the kitchen and that opens into the sitting room. The entire basement is a kid paradise. Every window offers views of peak 8, 9, & 10. The 2 car garage fits an SUV with our Thule travel carrier on top with room to spare. The property is a 5 minute drive to everything you need. Will definitely stay again. Thanks for everything!

Very welcoming house!

This was a very nice experience. From the roomy-ness of the house, to the creek out back, to the game room (the teens loved it and slept there),to the mountain view, to the two living areas, we just loved everything about our stay. You won't be disappointed! And the owners were lovely to work with.

Perfect spot for a large family or a couple families.

Excellent spot for our two families, 4 adults and five kids. 2 master bedrooms, bunk room, and lots of space for everyone to hang out. Would definitely stay here again.About 5 minute drive to the Breckenridge gondola drop off.
