Settle in with cozy features such as a gas fireplace and large 4k UHD TV with satellite cable and streaming/blu-ray for a cozy show after a perfect day on the mountain. Unwind with the forest view from the roomy balcony, complete with a gas grill, or take in the scene from the light-filled floor-to-ceiling living room windows.

There is room for your whole group with a king master and en-suite bath, additional bedroom with double over queen bunk bed and sleeper sofa with memory foam mattress in the living room. Luxury linens and fresh duvet covers placed for each stay.

Just a five-minute walk (appx 370 meters) and over the bridge to the lift(s) and up you go for your day of skiing! A quick walk to Main Street or the Village, restaurants and shops are just a few minutes away. Don't want to walk? The Breck shuttle (Gray line) stops right outside the building - it doesn't get any more convenient to go explore the town or mountain at an exceptional value!

Great spot for the family

This was a great spot to stay! A quick walk to quicksilver. My daughter took ski lessons at beaver creek. The 2bed/2bath apartment was perfect for my daughter and I. It would be great for a small family. It’s also a short walk to Main Street to shop around. Great location and great rate.

Perfect location

We visited Breckenridge in the summer (4 adults) - this was a nice location, away from downtown, but close enough to get to, The owner was very responsive and easy to work with. The place was clean and had all sorts of cable channels too!

great family retreat

Our family of 4 really enjoyed our stay here! The location was perfect for us, in between many of the towns in Colorado we visited during our week stay. Downtown is just a few minute walk, the pool and hot tubs are right across the street, and there's a great railroad park nearby. The condo's furniture and beds are comfortable, and extras like games and fans for the bedrooms made our stay very pleasant.

As advertised convenient to everything

Condo was clean and ready for guest. Amenities were nice and clean as well. We enjoyed the peace and quiet of the neighborhood and went on several hikes close to the property.

Enjoyable stay

We enjoyed the visit and would stay again. We did have an issue with a bathroom that didn't work, but was fixed before we arrived, and a water shut-off (we were playing golf and this didn't effect us). The owner communicated well and the location was excellent. My wife loved the fireplace-(gas).

Great Place, Great Stay

Really enjoyed our stay here. Condo was clean, great location, short walk into town, or bus directly across the road. I honestly could not think of a reason why you would not stay here. Communication with Chris was brilliant. Thanks for allowing us to stay!

Ski trip

Property is just as described. Location is perfect! You can walk to Peak 9 in just a few minutes. Everything is close by and you can walk around the town and explore shops, restaurants etc. We loved our stay.

Nice stay!

I stayed here for a long weekend with my husband and some friends and we were all impressed with our stay. We had plenty of amenities and the condo was very clean. The location is great, we could drive anywhere we wanted to go within 5 minutes. There's a cozy fire place and we all loved how comfortable the bedding in both rooms were! Also a close walk to a heated pool and multiple hot tubs! Awesome stay and location, thanks for having us!

Getaway with family

Family was visiting from out of state so we decided to get away to Breckenridge for the weekend to see some mountains and leaves. The condo was in a great, quiet location with easy access to hiking trails and downtown. The rooms are spacious enough that we were able to setup our toddler's portable crib. Check-in process was easy, and everything was tidy and comfortable. Would stay again

Great location

This property is located 10 minutes from downtown (walk). Located in a beautiful forest. Very comfortable beds. Only negative was pool/hot tub was not on property and washer/dryer was not in unit (couple floors down). Property manager was very communicative and allowed us to check in early. We would stay again.

Just as pictured

We stayed right after Christmas. For the money, this property is a good find. It is just as pictured. The hot tub area was a nice perk of the property. It is definitely easy walking distance to Main Street even in the snow. The trick is to cut through by the hot tub area. The best part about the property is the location. The inside is not luxurious but definitely adequate. Communication was great and everything went smoothly. I recommend this property and the management company.

Best stay!!

Not only was this place so close to everything & extremely cozy, but Christopher was an amazing property manager. We weren’t able to turn on the fireplace and he sent someone over right away who was able to help us. The place had everything we needed and more. I will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Disappointed

This property was fine. We did not feel that it was really walking distance to the restaurants of Main St. in the winter, especially at night. We also found the furniture in the living room to be very uncomfortable. No one could sit in the yellow side chair due to its discomfort leaving the couch for 4 people or hard backed seating. Overall pretty disappointed.

Excellent Stay

We enjoyed our 5 night stay and felt the photos were very accurate to the property. It was clean and had everything needed to function for the week. The check-in info, codes, locations, etc. provided were all accurate, and the hosts are quick to respond. We felt this location was very prime to Peak 9, The Village, and downtown. We had a car, so we did not use local transportation, but we walked to the Quicksilver ski lift daily with our equipment without issue. We enjoyed the mudroom to leave ski stuff and the extra fans to generate air flow and noise at night. Our only complaint was that all 4 of us did not like the beds, but there are several reviews raving about them, so we're clearly in the minority. We were so incredibly sore from skiing, so maybe new/different mattress toppers would help. The best part is the instant (very) hot water. Baths/showers were incredible! Our stay was truly perfect!
