Each home is equipped with high-end bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils, and small appliances.

PARKING:
Parking for 1 vehicle – only one parking pass provided.
Parking in Breckenridge is strictly enforced. To avoid towing or a ticket adhere to posted signs and parking allocations at all times. If you need additional parking for more cars, paid overnight parking is provided by the Town of Breckenridge in two areas of town, 1) south of town at the Stephen West Ice Arena and 2) north of town (also accepts RVs and trailers) at the Airport Road satellite parking lot.
WARNING: 4WD or AWD vehicles required in the winter, snow and ice will be on all surfaces including driveways and roads.

This really is a beautiful one bedroom / 1 bath, 550 sf slope side condominium comfortably located on the 2nd floor (two small flights of stairs) of the 4 O'Clock Lodge complex. The home has a combination of rustic textures and modern finishes, with a warm, relaxing color palette and plenty of bright light, the unit provides a spacious living, a fully functional kitchen for romantic dinners. and a peaceful room for a restful night. The condo really has it all for a romantic, restful, restorative vacation in the alpine environment of Breckenridge.
The 4 O'clock Lodge condominium complex, is ideally located on 4 O'clock Road, 500 feet from the Snowflake double chairlift and two blocks from downtown Breckenridge. With all the necessary cooking and dining utensils and linens available in the unit, you will not need or want anything else.
Winter Highlights:
Walk 500 feet to the Snowflake Lift in the winter, and ski down from the highest chairlift in North America back to the complex at the end of the day. Relax in the communal hot tubs at the end of a long day on the mountain, which is a 7 minute walk from the unit. ( No parking available) Enjoy Breckenridge's annual Snow Sculpture contest the last week of January. Next to the Snow Sculptures is the Ice Castle, which stays open until late March. Ride through the streets of Breckenridge in a mountain sleigh, drawn by a team of Belgian or Percheron draft horses. Enjoy April's month-long festival of concerts and activities in Breckenridge.
Summer Highlights:
Hike or bike up the mountain on the 4 O'clock Trail, just behind the complex in the summer. Enjoy the 4th of July parade, river rafting on the mellow Blue River, the Breckenridge Pro Rodeo, and the National Repertory Orchestra concerts. You can also enjoy Breckenridge's Fun Park on Peak 8, featuring an alpine slide, two-person roller coaster, miniature golf, climbing wall, fun maze and pony rides for kids. Horse and pony rides up the mountain are also available at the Breckenridge Stables on Peak 9.
