Beautiful Home On 1/2 Acre 2 Miles From Breckenridge 4 bedrm plus study 3.5 Bath

  • Just 2 miles from Breckenridge Ski Resort, this property is a two-story single-family home with approx. 2,753 sq. ft. The main floor has a ½ bath, large kitchen (fully equipped), and family room with 2 gas fireplaces, large screen cable TV, and a foosball table. There are four bedrooms and three full bathrooms upstairs. The home sleeps 10 adults comfortably. Outside the house, there are two attached decks and a balcony off the master suite. The side deck has a gas grill and the hot tub sits on the rear deck. Behind the house there are benches, a picnic table, and a log swing. The house is also equipped with a pack and play & high chair.

    Other amenities include a full-size air hockey table and mini basketball hoop in the garage, washer/dryer upstairs, and WIFI throughout the house. 2 benches in the garage to put on snow/ski boots, etc. Cellular coverage throughout the entire area is excellent.

    The house is located on a county road, which is well maintained during winter months.
