The Space:

As you enter the home from the front door, you will come to a tiled hallway on the ground floor with the open living room/dining room/kitchen directly ahead. Step into the living room, where you will be greeted by high ceilings and soaring windows looking overlooking the trees. This warm and inviting space is perfect for relaxing with your group with two large couches, a love seat, and two sitting chairs. The room also features a mounted TV and a lovely gas fireplace in a large stone hearth, so you can enjoy a movie night while you warm up by the fire.

Just off the living room is the dining area with a large wooden table with seating for 8 perfect for family dinners. On the other side of the dining table, you will find the fully-equipped kitchen which features a large kitchen island that overlooks the dining and living room, making it convenient to whip up a meal while staying connected to the group. The chef in your group will enjoy cooking in this beautiful space with granite countertops, a full range of appliances, and plenty of countertop space for meal prep. Just off the kitchen, you can step out the French doors and out to the spacious deck where you will find a BBQ, patio furniture, and a hot tub. This outdoor space is the perfect area to relax after a day of hiking or out on the slopes.

Off the kitchen is a bathroom that also connects to the main floor bedroom. This full bathroom features a large single-sink vanity and a shower stall with a glass door. The bathroom connects to the home’s first bedroom where you will find a twin-size bed and a large desk with two monitors perfect for any remote work needs.

Head down to the basement level of the home, where you will find a second living room that features a TV for movie nights, as well as a foosball table and video game consoles. Off the living room, you will find a jack-and-jill bathroom that connects to both the second living room and a bedroom. The bathroom has two separate vanities, each with its own sink, as well as a bathtub/shower combo. This spacious bedroom is perfect for families sharing with little kids, as the room boasts a queen-size bed and a twin-over-twin bunk bed. On the other side of the basement are two additional bedrooms that have a full jack-and-jill bathroom connecting them. The first bedroom boasts a king-size bed and the second bedroom boasts two twin beds. Both bedrooms include nightstands with bedside lamps and lovely log bed frames. The spacious bathroom is great for sharing, with two separate vanities separated by a built-in shelf and a bathtub/shower combo. The basement also includes a laundry space with a stacked washer and dryer for guest use.

Upstairs, you will find an additional three bedrooms, including the master suite. This spacious and beautiful room boasts large windows providing impressive mountain views, or step out on the private balcony and fully immerse yourself in the beautiful scenery. Get a peaceful night’s rest on the king-size bed, or store your personal items in one of the two bedside dressers or a large walk-in closet. The room also features a cozy reading chair next to a lamp, a mounted TV, and an ensuite bathroom. This beautiful bathroom features two separate vanities as well as an additional make-up vanity, a freestanding shower, and a soaking tub with jets perfect for easing sore muscles.

On the other side of the upstairs you will find the other two bedrooms, the first room includes a king-size bed and two sitting chairs next to large windows. The second bedroom features two queen-size beds. Both bedrooms include a TV and closet space. Guest Access:
Guest will have access to the entire home, the outdoor patio and balcony, fenced yard space, and the private hot tub. You will also have access to four parking spaces in the driveway.

Nestled among the trees, you can see the ice skating rink and the ski area, and are just a few blocks walk away from Peak 9 slopes! If desired, you can even make the short walk with your ski gear and be out on the slopes in no time! Or, make the short walk to the historic Main Street where you will find a wide variety of dining, shopping, museums, bars, and other festivities, as well as access to the BreckConnect Gondola.

This home truly is the perfect launching pad for any type of activity with hiking, biking, and walking trails nearby with several trails just a ten-minute drive away such as Gold Hill, Colorado Trail, and Baldy Trailhead. Breck’s famed Troll, Isak Heartstone, is located just a 5-minute walk from the home. The location of the home also puts you in close proximity to some of the area's best ski slopes, with Quicksilver SuperChair and Snowflake Lift less than a 5-minute drive away.
