The Neighborhood: In a quiet neighborhood between Peaks 7 and 8 and downtown Breckenridge, our home offers unbeatable access to Breckenridge’s year-round adventures. Winter brings world-class skiing and snowboarding, while summer offers hiking, biking, and scenic gondola rides. Main Street Breckenridge is nearby for dining, shopping, and vibrant après-ski scenes.
Getting Around: A car is recommended, but the free Summit Stage bus and Breckenridge Free Ride shuttle offer easy transportation to ski lifts and downtown. Rideshare services are also available.
Other Things to Note: Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.
Please note that like most homes in the area, this home does not have A/C.
4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.
This home is pet-friendly for up to 2 dogs with an additional pet fee per dog.

We loved our stay here for fall break! The house was thoughtfully furnished and updated in all the right areas (kitchen, bathrooms). Loved having access to the nice deck and hot tub. The living room was cozy and spacious...nice for evening hangouts. We had so many nice hikes outdoors and it's a less than 5 minute drive to main street. Will most definitely recommend and hope to stay again in the future!
Definitely one of the nicest places we’ve stayed at in HHI. Clean, quiet and comfortable. Condo was updated and so nice! Lots of places to walk to including the beach. We absolutely loved our stay and will be back!
The property was refreshing with a lot to do. Scenic views, pleasant walking trails, short walk to the beach, friendly intersections with other residents made this trip surprisingly enjoyable. We highly recommend staying here. Can’t wait to book another stay!
We’ve been going to Hilton Head once or twice a year for the last 20 years, and have stayed at other villas in Queens Grant. This one is the best so far, and the property management company weee excellent. Responsive by text, no hassle with the door code, and the place was spotless and well stocked when we arrived. Will definitely stay here again !
Our birthday family reunion for 7 was terrific in t his house, it impressed us all and we had plenty of room for playing games, using the hot tub, playing pool and getting naps in for the grandparents! Daniel was very helpful in getting us situated when we arrived. Would highly recommend the house and Natural Retreats and Breckenridge.

The communication prior to arrival was detailed and they always responded quickly.The house was beautiful and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable including a well stocked kitchen and bath towels by the door for the hot tub. Although we brought our own pack and play cribs, we found three in the house that we could use. The location was perfectly located close to town. We will definitely rebook if we are in this area again.
Our family stayed at this property to celebrate an important birthday. The home was a perfect fit, with bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate all. The deck was delightful, including the fire pit and the hot tub. Perfect space to relax and gather. The kitchen was extremely well stocked. The linens were of excellent quality. The teens enjoyed being able to walk to town from the house. Quiet, lovely neighborhood. We had a wonderful time.
