Everything you could want in a ski in/out condo is right here at the base of Peak 9 in the heart of the ski village. Only steps away from Main Street with incredible shopping and restaurants for when you aren`t on the mountain.



The condo is a fantastic studio with gorgeous views of all of Breckenridge Resort. Amenities include granite counters, a fully stocked kitchen, luxurious bedding and a very comfortable pullout couch providing sleeping arrangements up to 4 people.



This condo is located in the Marriott Mountain Valley Lodge and you will have access to all of the great facilities this exclusive hotel has to offer, like the enormous four season pool and multiple hot tubs.

Excellent location

We were in town for a race off of peak 10 and the Marriott couldn’t be better situated. The staff was available to check us in after midnight and the proximity to town is also excellent.

Great location!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The room was clean, the amenities were nice and the view was beautiful, but the best part was the location. We could walk to so many restaurants and shops. We would definitely stay here again.

Incredible Location

This location is perfectly placed near the learning area for anyone coming to Breck for the first time and looking to take lessons. The room itself was perfect for what we needed, beautiful balcony and overall a great ambiance. Bathroom shower could be better kept, but outside of that it was perfect. If you stay here and plan to rent ski gear, make sure to rent from Charter Sports in the same building!

Best location!

This location is the best for skiing (right by the Quicksilver lift) and walking into town. There’s convenient, heated underground parking. You can park & not need your car which is great because public parking in Breckenridge is limited. The amenities for families are great! My son enjoyed the kids’ activities room. The room was clean & had everything we needed.

By far the best customer service at the front desk I have EVER had. Wow. Super organized and efficient. Great way to start the trip. Room was as advertised. Amenities were top notch. Great fitness center and activity room. I used everything and it was all in good shape. Very happy and would stay again.
