We comfortably had 16 guests stay in this fantastic home. We were able to fit everyone around the giant dining room table for a meal and fit everyone in a bed. Pool table and hot tub provided great entertainment for all. Renting was made easy with simple pickup and drop off of keys at an easy location relative to the house. Super close to downtown. 10/10 would stay again

Nice place but the furniture is getting very old
Location across from National Forest w/ hiking trails was awesome. No real views from the place.
We stay for a family vacation. There were 11 of us and plenty of room to spread out. There were enough bathrooms and hot water for everyone to shower, the kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pan, utensils, has everything you need to make meals. The beds are comfortable, there were plenty of towels for the showers and hot tub, the kids loved the pool table and the hot tub, we saw a moose walking down our driveway one evening. There are trails right across the street, and it's an easy drive to town. Will defiantly stay again!
The house was nice and clean. the main floor and upstairs was pretty hot at night and it was hard to sleep, even with the window open all the way. Otherwise it was a great place.
We had a blast. The house is 5 minutes away from the Beaver Run (peak 9) base. We parked in the lot at Beaver Run and were able to ski to the parking lot. 20 foot walk to the van.
The house was spacious and everything worked great except the dryer was out. Not much of a view but the location was worth it. They probably need to replace the mattresses.
I was completely dissatisfied with the lack of service during my stay from February 13th-17th. The long driveway had at least 3-4 inches of snow upon our arrival. Our SUV 4x4 could not make it up the driveway. I contacted property management multiple times regarding the issue and they did nothing about it. On the last day, there was even more snow and our cars were stuck at the end of the driveway. We missed our flight due the delay that was caused.
Property was clean but a little run down. Several lamps weren’t functioning. Front door light blinked; probably bulbe needed to be replaced. Ice maker and water dispenser on frig didn’t work. The front of two of the frig produce drawers were missing so contents fell out. Viking stove didn’t work well: burners kept going out on lower settings. Oven doors didn’t seal. Remote for the fireplace was very temperamental. Even with new batteries that I purchased, it was hard to turn on and off. Lower level rooms were impossible to get warm. Breck is beautiful and the neighborhood is lovely but the house was much more run down than I thought it would be.
Not as clean as expected for Covid times and a bit worn out. Missing a few essentials. Could be great with a bit of maintenance, a few updates, and better cleaning
Ice & snow NOT removed from steps and entrance. Dangerous going in and out. Most all of the furniture is very worn &/or damaged. Carpets stained & walls marked up. All the window blinds should have been replaced long ago. The kitchen stove/range was very greasy & their was rat/mice feces in the upstairs loft.
It is a large house with a nice amount of space, but the heating system could NOT warm the basement, where 2 of the bedrooms are & we had to call management- who did send someone over quickly. But the best they could do was bring space heaters to try & help warm up the area. We had to have the fireplace running non-stop to try to get the living room space warm enough to enjoy. The bathrooms were nicer & some recently updated - but the bedding & bedroom furnishings were VERY sad. In one room a barstool was the night stand, with a lamp sitting on it!! In another bedroom they had taken the corner piece of the living room sectional & put it in as a chair for that room, kind of ridiculous. Mismatched lamps and most all with with damaged shades. If you are wanting a vacation rental that shows attention to details - this IS NOT the place for you. Our kids enjoyed the hot tub & pool table, and the towels were nice. But, had I not pre-paid in full for the stay, we would have left after the first night of our 5 night reservation. Definitely not as described.
This house was perfect for our family of 20 everything we needed was available. We really enjoyed the hot tub and the outside deck. Also a very short drive to downtown Breckenridge. Overall it was a great stay.
We stayed for a long weekend and really enjoyed our stay. There are lots of beds, plenty of room to spread out, but it's open so the family can feel all together as well. The house was clean and we didn't have any issues except the wi-fi didn't work our first night there.
We loved our stay! Comfortable, clean, great place for our family. It’s beautifully open, but this can make it loud if people are in multiple rooms.
I hope we can return someday!

Good time even though the house had lots of issues to deal with.
The house was nice, but lots of problems. Griddle and grill on the stove didn't work. My son tried to use the BBQ grill but there was so much grease it started a small fire. It took 2 hours to dry a load of clothes. The heating and cooling system is poor. The people in the basement froze and the people upstairs were hot. We had to put a screen on one of the windows upstairs so they could leave the window open. The hot tub had some issues also. We did have a great time during our visit to Colorado even though we had to deal with these issues. The location was nice.
I was borderline 5 stars. The convenience of the location and sq ft of the home far out weighed the quick refresh things needed. Plenty of space and private rooms/bathrooms for 4 families traveling together. We drove in from Denver and barely had to use rental cars again. Private shuttle (with the nicest drivers) takes you to Peak 9 or to the Free Ride bus routes that are SUPER easy to navigate. Well thought out bed options but a couple mattresses could use a refresh. One of the few houses I’ve rented where there were enough towels for what they advertise as occupancy. Thank you! And they include toiletries. Kitchen was great with enough space for several of us to be in there together. Loved that stove! Lots of storage in pantry and refrigerator if you want to stock up and cook from home before or after a big day out. Tons of utensils, flatware and lids but pots and pans selection was lacking to cook full meals; either too big or tiny or old. Loft space and game room were perfect for entertaining the age range of our kids. While we had an issue with the WiFi on day 1, Property management was quick to respond and it was easily resolved. In fact, their communication has been awesome throughout this whole rental experience! All in all, we had a great time and everyone was pleased with the property. We’ll be back!

Very nice house with great location for skiers. Private location while still only a 5 minute bus ride to the slopes. Giant syove/oven was great for feeding a crowd. Hot tub was very nice as well. Only had a few minor complaints which were solved very quickly by summit rentals. Overall highly recommended.
Our team of 8 stayed for two nights and we had a blast! The place is plenty big to sleep this many and the amenities were perfect. The layout is great for being together as a whole group but has plenty of places to spread out as well.
