  • Create everlasting memories with your loved ones at this fantastic ski-in condo located in Building 9, which faces the 4 O'Clock Ski Run! Located on the second level, this darling and rustic home away from home has unparalleled views over the ski run and easy town access. This fully remodeled retreat is the perfect getaway for families, friends, and small groups with two inviting bedrooms. You will find all the conveniences of a home with a well-equipped kitchen, an on-site washer/dryer, cable TV in the living room, primary bedroom, and guest bedroom, and access to many fantastic on-site amenities, including a shared lawn area, a BBQ area with many gas grills, and even a fitness center!

    Things to Know
    Please Note: This property is Ski In but not Ski Out.
    This unit is located on the lower second (2nd) floor - 16 stairs total. There are no elevators on property.
    The pool is open seasonally from 12:00pm-8:00pm 7 days a week. It will be closed from September 22 – November 21, 2024. A separate pool card is required for entry and can be obtained from the front desk

Really really good ski place

- a true ski-in: cruise down 4 o’clock, click out steps from condo entrance - almost a true ski-out: 5’ walk up the hill to Snowflake lift - living room very spacious and fit our family of five for après-ski hang-out time - really appreciated the wood-burning fireplace AND that there was a stack of wood already there to start us off; there is simply nothing better than a real fire after a day on the slopes, imho - kitchen was also notable: outfitted with decent quality pans, pots, etc vs the cheap and broken-down stuff a lot of rentals feature.

Very nice!

We've been to Breckenridge quite a few times and this was our first time staying in the Pine Ridge condos. We would rent there again if we need more than one bedroom. This condo is not a ski out condo, but it is a great ski in location. We used the shuttle stop just outside of the building to get to the lifts. It is a very short ride to reach the Snowflake lift (3/4 minutes) or stay on a little bit longer to reach Beaver Run. Easy peasy. The condo has ample space and furniture and is very comfortable, cozy and quiet! You do have to walk up three short flights of stairs to get in the room, but that was no big deal for us. Very convenient ski locker also!

Nicely decorated Mountain View unit

The unit backs up to the woods and a trail. It shows pride of ownership! The large condo has a great location to town and many activities.
