Gut, aber
Das Haus ist prima, besonders die beiden separaten Schlafzimmer und Bäder haben uns gefallen. So hat man Freiraum. Schön, groß und gut ausgestattet ist zudem die Wohnküche. Negativ fanden wir allerdings den Geruch im Haus der aus dem „Terrassenzimmer“ kommt. Modrig durch die hohe Feuchtigkeit im Raum. Hier wäre es ggf. gut elektrische Luftentfeuchter aufzustellen, die kleinen aus Plastik helfen da offensichtlich nicht viel. Alles in Allem aber absolut ok und prima von der Lage. Man kann direkt vom Haus aus loswandern. Gut wäre ggf noch der Hinweis, dass der Parkplatz quasi auf dem Haus ist, so kann man sich besser orientieren. Wir waren insgesamt zufrieden.

Kurzer Trip mit netter Unterkunft
Wir haben den Aufenthalt in St. Andreasberg sehr genossen. Bei der Ankunft hat mit der Schlüsselübergabe alles hervorragend funktioniert. Ein Parkplatz war für uns direkt daneben reserviert. Mehr Parkplätze sind in unmittelbarer Umgebung ebenfalls vorhanden. In der Küche befindet sich alles, was man benötigt und die Schlaf- und Sitzmöglichkeiten sind sehr gut. Am Morgen gab es jeweils frische Brötchen vom Bäcker um die Ecke. Ein Minigolfplatz in knapp 50m Entfernung rundete nach einer Wanderung nach Braunlage den Samstag ab. Ein tolles Domizil.

Super Lage
Wir waren zwar nur übers Wochenende dort, aber die Lage des Bungalows ist mega! 🤗 Von dort lassen sich SEHR viele schöne Touren in unmittelbarer Nähe machen. 👍 Die Unterkunft selbst hat alles was man so braucht. Endlich mal auch eine mit großen Bechern für Tee/Kaffee, was wir bei anderen oft vermisst haben. ☺️ Die Kommunikation war auch super und sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Für einen Kurztrip von Hamburg in den Harz um zu wandern würden wieder kommen.

Großzügige Wohnung, Ausstattung ok, eine Duschabtrennung anstatt des Vorhangs wäre gut.
Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war perfekt. An die Sauberkeit habe ich andere Ansprüche, da geht durchaus mehr. Die FeWo war von der Küche her bestens ausgestattet.

Könnte deutlich besser sein
Wir waren über Weihnachten in dieser Ferienwohnung. Das Haus zu finden war schon ziemlich schwer. Haben es dann aber durch Hilfe eines Anwohners gefunden. Das Haus war leider ziemlich dreckig, wir mussten erstmal putzen. Überall war Staub, an den Küchenutensilien hingen noch Essensreste. Das war schon ziemlich enttäuschend. Das eine Bad war ok, das andere hingegen eher eine Abstellkammer. Überall offene Kabel, Steckdosen nicht abgesichert und teilweise nicht mal eine Verkleidung drum, Lebensgefährlich, wenn man mit kleinen Kindern unterwegs ist. Das Sofa, so wie alle Teppiche hatten Flecke. Unter dem Sofa, so wie Betten war es total verdreckt. Die Socken waren immer schwarz von unten. Ich hatte zum Glück meinen Akku Staubsauger dabei und konnte es erstmal reinigen (allerdings nicht Sinn der Sache) In der Küche hat es aber sonst an nichts gefehlt. Die Betten waren gut. Wir haben es uns so schön wie möglich gemacht, auch wenn wir uns über einen kleinen Adventskranz oder sowas sehr gefreut hätten (für die Kinder). Hier muss ganz dringend an der Sauberkeit gearbeitet werden. In der Gegend gibt es so gut wie gar nichts. Am besten Lebensmittel dabei haben. Der Gastgeber war freundlich und hat immer schnell geantwortet. Wir sind leider nicht so zufrieden mit dem Urlaub wie erhofft. Durch die nicht vorhandene Sauberkeit, war es doch schon ziemlich ungemütlich

Ein schöner Aufenthalt
Wir hatten am Anfang Schwierigkeiten, den Bungalow zu finden, da er nicht an der Straße der Adresse liegt, sondern dahinter. Da wir im Dunkeln angereist sind war es schwierig. Der Bungalow selbst war sauber, aufgeräumt und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Die Infos im Vorfeld waren hilfreich und sehr freund.
