"The apartment was easy to find near the Black Church. Parking not so easy on a Saturday, but we were able to unload right outside the apt so it was an easy walk back. The studio is fairly basic but more than adequate for a couple of nights. You are only 3 minutes walk from the main square in old town. Communication by WhatsApp was easy and prompt."

"I booked a "Deluxe Suite" at this hotel. They put me in a substantially lower quality room (without mentioning the difference). When I went back to raise the issue with them, they said that due to a mistake, they had given my room to someone else. I told them that wasn't acceptable and booked another hotel through Orbitz. "Casa Gotica Residence is a beautifully restored property inside of a lovely old building located right on Republic Street in Brasov old town. Location could not be better! Close walking distance to all of the major sites. Staff nailed the check-in process. I’m not normally a fan of places that don’t have a permanently staffed front desk, but they sent a couple of easy to follow videos that made all the difference. Highly recommended!"
