Fine property not located in the hotel area from Brasília.

I was there for an international conference, and had a double room suite. This was a very good hotel in many respects. However, it was disappointing that basic amenities like a coffee maker (or hot water kettle), mugs, creamer, sugar etc. were absent from the room. These, and a microwave oven, are what we would normally expect to see in a suite - at least in other countries. I was also sorry that it was not close to the city. The grounds were beautiful, and the peacocks were a treat.

quarto muito bom, restaurante tbm, atendimento do restaurante super atencioso. Contudo tive uma chateação desnecessária no check in, o qual poderia ter muito mais cordialidade e simpatia no atendimento. São meio ríspidos. Logo que chegamos eles afirmaram que o quarto casal era apenas para 1 adulto e imprimiram reserva e etc e iam cobrar pelo segundo adulto. a sorte era que eu tinha a reserva no app e que comprovava que eram 2 adultos. ao chegar no quarto não tinha. o que já era sabido pela recepção. nao vejo o motivo não avisarem antecipadamente sobre o ocorrido. na hora de cobrar uma taxa equivocamente, foram super ageis e irredutiveis porém na hora de resolver um problema, não tiveram a mesma pressa. Sugiro a equipe que faz check in ser mais amavél e simpatica.

O quarto foi bem confortavel, espacoso, camas boas, roupa de cama bem limpa. Porem se voce procura um hotel com piscina e academia esse nao eh uma boa opcao. A piscina eh minuscula e nao se tem acesso ao espaco do Royal Tulip que fica ao lado. Em feriado a piscina estava bem cheia. O servico do restaurante/room service tambem deixa bem a desejar. A comida apesar de ser um restaurante Toro nao se compara a comida das outras unidades... nosso quarto nao tinha toalhas de rosto, tivemos que solicitar. Tambem nao gostei que o shampoo era um shampoo e condicionador 2 em 1, ainda bem que tinha levado meu.... nao eh um hotel 4 estrelas, isso com certeza.

A arrumação do quarto de péssima qualidade. Não havia reposição de sabonete, toalha e papel higiênico. Café e chá, cortesia na maioria dos hotéis, foram cobrados. O hotel não dispõe de academia e ferro de passar roupas.
