The property was located in a great location. We didn’t have to go very far to get where we were going in town. Also great view of the golf course from the property. Would definitely stay there again.

Property is in an easy to find location off the main strip in Branson. It seems to be in a safe location. Very nice property for the price. They have everything you needed. From kitchen to bathroom essentials to cleaning products and more. Would book again !!!

Great location! Nice and quiet but very close to all the main attractions. Loved having 3 queen beds and 2 full bathrooms which was perfect for our sister weekend! Very clean property. Great communication with the host! Would stay here again for sure!

Nice on a budget

Nice property for the budget. I liked that they didn't charge a ridiculously high host fee making it affordable. Condo was clean. Beds were comfortable but the dresser was falling apart. Living room furniture was well used and not very comfortable. Nice pool. It met our needs but some updates would help. Overall, it was a nice stay and nice property.

It was fine

Location was great. It worked for wanting to be closer to town. Check-in was supposed to be at 4, we arrived at 5:20 and a cleaning person was there for 10 more minutes. There was no extra toilet paper. It had an odor. Nit picky things, but I won’t stay here again.

Reservation was very smooth, directions for entering were easy to follow. This is a garden level unit with eighteen steps down to the door. Parking was right at the stairway entrance. Living room furniture was comfortable with the television being the right size for us to watch our KC Royals a couple of days. We couldn't make the Roku Guest feature work on this TV, but it did work on the two bedroom ones. (We are technology challenged.) Since it was right off the yellow route, we could zip around easy peasy. No traffic problems for us. We had a very pleasant and relaxing vacation!

Disappointing

Condo had an odd smell and had not been cleaned very well. Immediately after checking in we realized the toilet paper was low with no additional stock but the manager did have some delivered. Our socks and feet were black from just walking around. One of the bathrooms had a dead cockroach. We weren’t able to turn A/C below 70 and it got very stuffy. Location was good but very noisy above us. Overall, we were glad we only had to stay 1 night.

Great stay

The host was very kind and responsive. The location was a bit hard to find as it was a sub level and I didnt realize that. Once i finally found it, access was super easy, the place was very clean and accomodating. The towels were amazing. The single room was a little warm for us, but there were extra fans in the closets we utilized. The double room had its own ac unit, a closet with baby gear (high chair and pack and play) for anyone who may need it, which I thought was sweet. Couch and chair all recline. Im a fan of that! Washer and dryer access, which we didnt use, but it was nice to have. Back porch is screened off so only exits are the front door and the "other front door" that is accessed from the double room. I dont actually know if that one opens. You cant access it from the outside. Dishwasher, cleaning pids, garbage bags, etc are all provided. Lots of dishes and cookware. Location was great. Remote enough that the city noises werent bothersome, but close enough to everything we planned to access. It was our first family vacation and first vrbo stay. Overall, it was a great first experience. I would book again.

Minor issues that should have been fixed

The overall condo was clean. We did experience several issues that we contacted the host about and were never resolved during our stay. Hopefully they will be fixed before the next guest checks in. The biggest issue was the main TV didn’t work for 2 days. It was unable to connect to the WiFi. I contacted the host several times and nothing was done. Finally we fixed it by unplugging the TV and plugging it back in. In the main bathroom the sink drained very very slow and the bath tub would not hold water. The stopper was broken and so no baths for me. 😞. The unit needs a new microwave too. The one there is broken and when used burnt a hole in the side of my cup. I wouldn’t recommend using it. If these things get fixed, I would recommend staying there.

Very nice condo in a great area. Very close to the strip. Check in was easy with the electronic locks and communication with the owner was good. They were very quick to answer questions. The doors were all labeled which was very helpful. Loved the fact that the spare bedroom had 2 queen size beds. Perfect for my son’s family. Great place to stay!

There were a few things I was going to bring to your attention: the inner shower curtains in both bathrooms were very dirty-like they needed to be replaced. Also there was trash -used plastic table clothes- on the floor in the porch area. Overall your condo was fine and worked for my sister and I. Just wanted you to be aware of those things.

This was a beautiful condo, just like the pics. Checking in was a struggle, but all was smooth after that. The beds were comfortable and the shower was hot! Close to all the main attractions. The only thing is there was a worm in one room, a spider in another, a caterpillar in the shower, and a couple of spiders in the living room. I would definitely stay here again.
