Top-Floor Branson Condo w/ Stunning Views & 2 King Beds

  • Welcome to our family’s personal getaway, which we’re happy to share with you!

    This spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo offers more than 1,200 square feet of room to relax, including two king beds, a full kitchen, in-unit laundry, Wi-Fi, and a private patio overlooking the golf course.

    Located just minutes from Branson’s famous 76 Strip, you’ll be close to shows, attractions, restaurants, shopping, golf, and family fun. When you’re ready to unwind, return to the peaceful Thousand Hills Golf Resort and enjoy a quiet, comfortable place to relax.

    The spacious living room features vaulted ceilings, a 55-inch smart TV, and a queen-size pull-out sofa that can sleep two additional guests. Our condo is on the top floor, so there are no neighbors above you. Please note that the condo is up one flight of stairs from the parking lot.

    The primary suite also features vaulted ceilings, a king-size bed, a built-in window seat, and a 42-inch smart TV. It includes a walk-in closet and an updated private bathroom with a walk-in shower, new vanity and mirrors, and updated fixtures and lighting.

    The second bedroom also has a king-size bed and a 42-inch smart TV. It is located next to its own separate full bathroom with a tub/shower combination. Fixtures and lighting in this bathroom were also updated.

    The kitchen is fully stocked with the comforts of home, so you can prepare meals whenever you’d like. There is both a dining table and bar seating available. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and brand-new cabinets.

    Step out onto the private back patio and enjoy the beautiful golf course view from the teak loveseat and two chairs — a perfect spot for morning coffee or evening relaxation.

    A full-size washer and dryer are provided in the condo for your convenience.

    The saltwater pool is just steps away and is typically open from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend.

    The entire condo is yours during your stay. Carter and I are happy to help if you need anything.

    Our condo is perfect for a weekend getaway, a week-long retreat, family vacations, business travel, golf trips, shopping weekends, and of course, Branson’s famous entertainment. Whatever brings you to the area, we’ve got everything you need for a comfortable and memorable stay.

We loved our stay! The condo was beautiful and we felt like we were at home. The beds were very comfortable and the atmosphere was beautifully decorated for the holiday's. We would highly recommend staying at The Greens. This condo is located near many attractions and if you enjoy walking its a perfect workout. Our host Cheryl made sure that we had a wonderful vacation and when we arrived she had a welcome snack waiting on the kitchen counter. Thank you so much for opening up your place for others to enjoy. You made us feel very welcomed.

Really nice condo in a good location

The condo was clean and well-maintained and as described in the ad. Everything worked great and the location is a definite plus being located off from the main 76 strip but being located off the Yellow route we were easily able to get to anything. A bar/grill (Scooter's) is located within walking distance and Florentina's Restaurant is a easy walk too. A great place to stay!

Cute Christmas decorations for the holiday. Well equipped kitchen and bathrooms ,place was clean, nice location. The smaller bathroom shower was short and had low water pressure, but main bathroom shower really good. Had a small issue getting in but the owner was accessible and helpful.

The apartment is amazing. Big master bedroom. The only complaint is that birds show up every morning at 5am and make noise until 530. Everything you need for an enjoyable stay is ready for you. All soaps and detergents are provided. I gladly recommend this for people staying in Branson.

We came to Branson for a week stay. Also was there for our daughter’s 14th birthday. And we couldn’t have picked a better place! From check in to check out Communication was great! If we had any questions host responded within minutes!! Place was just as cozy and home!! Furnished with everything you needed to cook with and all the necessities. Would definitely stay again!!

Overall i was very happy with our place. It waa clean,decor was nice. It looks like thet will be putting in new hard flooring which will be great. My only complaints are a clog in the main bathroom tub, no dishclothes in the kitchen and the frying pans were in rough shape. But other than those little things it was great.

Great Getaway!

The condo that we stayed in was wonderful. This was our first time at this property but will definitely return! Everything was fully stocked with what ever you needed. The pool that was on the property was very clean and well maintained. It is a salt water pool! The location of the property was perfect has it was off the strip just a bit but only about a mile from a grocery store. Cheryl was a wonderful host and was always there if we needed anything! The back deck was wonderful in the morning to have coffee and watch the deer and golfers! The only thing I would like to see different would be a newer set of out door furniture as these were not very comfortable to sit in! But other than that it was exceptionally!! We will definitely be back!!

Perfect location

The location of this property was within a few minutes to everything, but just removed enough to enjoy the quiet view on the balcony. Lots of thoughtful extras including shampoo, etc., basics for cooking, games, snacks. It was clean where it matters, clean sheets and bathrooms, kitchen was great! The only thing was some dust on a some window sills, so still a 5 for me overall because the host was so far above average in little touches to make our stay more comfortable. The master shower and bathroom were very nice, but the main bathroom shower head had very little pressure, so we all had to use the master shower to wash our hair. The second room mattress topper was a little small for the bed and didn’t come to the edge, but thankfully only one person used that bed so we could sleep more in the middle. Those were all minor things though and we will definitely be going back for it next visit to Branson. 😊
