My only complaint is this facility does not have service elevators for staff. Check out was a headache because everyone was checking out at the same time and the facility only has 4 elevators to accommodate 7 floors. House keeping staff pretty much took up most of the main elevators with their cleaning carts. It took us 20 minutes to catch the elevators to the main lobby when checking out.

Property is very run down. Terrible parking. Fitness center had 3 machines total. Food was terrible.

Hotel is located in center of 76 strip. It is an old hotel. Carpet flooring was dated smelling bad. Mattress was not comfortable. Pictures posted on the hotel profile is misleading exaggerating cleanness of the rooms.

We loved the restaurant and bar. We ate most of our meals there. We really enjoyed the variety in foods to choose and they were all delicious. The staff was so nice and accommodating. The rooms are nice. We got the suite with the balcony and Jacuzzi tub and it was worth the upgrade.

Its a very beautiful property. The suite was spacious and clean. The staff are all friendly and helpful. Parking was difficult because all parking that isn't for handicapped drivers is on a hill. This makes getting in and out of your car a very difficult process.

Hotels may not clean rooms daily, requiring guests to request towels and wait for delivery. The room, advertised as accessible, was too cramped for a small scooter to maneuver easily. Additionally, the sink was set too high, and a shower seat had to be requested separately.

Property is outdated but quiet and safe. Bathroom needed a little more cleaning. Front desk staff was excellent and very pleasant. The parking lot is on an incline and while not a challenge for me, it was for many who stayed there. They could benefit from a golf cart shuttle to assist guests.

We needed to leave 2 days early and wanted to talk to a manager about it. There was no manager on duty that evening or the next morning. The room was old, noisy air, noisy frig, old lobby with no where nice to sit inside or outside. No what we expected.

The staff were friendly and accommodating. My husband and I enjoyed going to the bar in the evenings to play our board games. The lady that works in the bar is personable, nice and efficient. We have stayed in this same hotel many times because of the cleanliness, friendly staff, and the location. What made this experience poor was the room quality. The door to the room was difficult to open. When we arrived I saw smudges on the mirror and a hair in the bathroom sink. Our room had a whirlpool tub and shower yet there was only one bar of soap. The shower head was not adjustable. It sprayed the shower wall rather than in the center and down where you stand. The bottom sides held water causing mildew. The worst part was the shower temperature, it was constantly changing from scalding hot to icey cold. It may have been the location of our room so I would advise not staying in room 913. Lastly, the parking lot had alot of space yet someone parked so close that I had to get in on the passengers side and crawl to the drivers side to back up so my husband could get in the car. We parked in the parking lines the other car parked over the line by our car. Needless to say the other car had hit our car with their car doors leaving marks and slight dents. All these concerns were reported to the hotel staff, knowing that there is nothing they could do about the car incident but they were kind to listen to all my concerns and said they would address the room issues that were reported.

The bed was really comfortable though I didn't like being so far away from the elevators and the bathrooms were a little small for my taste and the rooms definitely need a microwave but other than that it was fine

It was a very nice hotel with great breakfast. The room was nice other than a couple of broken items when given the room not much to complain about parking was easy the view was nice and the staff was very friendly definitely coming back to this hotel.

This property does not meet the Thousand Hills standard. Bed linens lumpy like something is underneath them. Smash dead bug on the wall. Water on the toilet when we arrived. Too few electric outlets. We have stayed in TH condos many times. This doesn’t come close to matching up.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable. The free bottles of water was appreciated. I would have liked some tea bags in the room since I dont drink coffee...only two decaf and one regular coffee in the room for 2 people, 2 nights. I got some next morning at the fabulous breakfast though. Very nice place!
