This great Pointe Royale condo has everything you are looking for in a vacation rental. You will love the location and how close it is to the Clubhouse!

The Space:
You won't even need a Caddie to walk up to the Clubhouse to enjoy the INDOOR POOL, seasonal outdoor pools, hot tub, exercise room, tennis courts or restaurant! The condo itself is comfortable and well stocked. You will love kicking your feet up after a long day of exploring all the very close attractions in Branson. The quality linens on the king size bed will have you resting well. The fully stocked kitchen makes it easy to cook up whatever type of meals you have planned. The sofa pulls out to be a comfortable bed for the 3rd and 4th guest.
If you are looking for a clean, peaceful and relaxing place that is close to all of the Branson attractions, you found the spot!

**This property is pet friendly. A one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $100 is required. This fee covers up to two dogs. VRBO & Airbnb bookings can add pets in the guest count area, all other booking sites must contact us to pay fee separately.
**Freedom complies with all ADA regulations and welcomes Registered Service Animals. ESA's (Emotional Support Animals) are allowed at this property but still incur the $100 pet fee.
**Registered Service Animal requirements: 1 - The service animal may not be left alone in/around the property. 2 - The service animal must be on a leash when outside. 3 - Owners are required to pick up all pet waste.
**No cats allowed. For all other pets please contact us.

*The pool & hot tub at this location are maintained by the Pointe Royale Maintenance team, please be advised that their team can close the area for routine maintenance at any time without notice. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the pool to be open at all times during in season hours, but we assure you that their team works quickly to have the areas opened back up as soon as possible. We do not issue refunds for amenity closures. Thanks for your understanding.
*Indoor pool and hot tub are open year-round, Outdoor pool is seasonal. Pool area is open 10am-11pm.

Overall great mini vacation

We really enjoyed the property, it was basic but had everything we needed. Clean and conveniently located by amenities. The only downfall was the leaf blowing that started at 8am Monday right outside our windows :( the fuel could be smelled inside otherwise we would have had no complaints.

Very nice place

This was a very good condo. It was an older unit but was very nice and neat place to stay. Very quiet unit with a great view of the little lake behind it. Very relaxing to just watch the ducks in the water. They have a great golf course. It was way too cold to play.

Great trip

The Roost Royale worked out great for our quick getaway. We wanted a gated community with an indoor pool and a simple place for us to stay and were provided with all three. Check in was easy and thelocation was great (not in town but not far away from anything).

Enjoyed our stay.

Place was clean and just as described. We had what we needed for our long weekend. We really enjoyed the deck with the ceiling fan. Loved sitting out there having coffee in the morning. We were also pleasantly surprised to find a king size bed. It was supper comfortable too!

We very much enjoyed our trip

The condo was the perfect size for our group. My fiance and I, her teenage son and our 2 dogs had plenty of space and loads of nearby activities to partake in. It's a short walk away from a fantastic little spot to get breakfast that's located on the property and all of the amenities we could ask for were included. We will absolutely try to book here again for our future trips to Branson.

a very enjoyable stay

We loved this place that we stayed at in Branson with Freedom. For starters, Communication was excellent with the owners, the unit itself was thoroughly clean and so tidy. The Bed was very comfortable. I am disabled and this unit was perfect for somone like me thats handicapped. I will stay here again, Highly Recommend Freedom! Thanks for everything!

The property met all of our needs. It was conveniently located and quiet. The access code for the electric door lock did not work, but the manager of the property made sure we had a key for access and it worked the full week. Unit could use some updating but was very comfortable.

Great place for a couple at a very reasonable price. Excellent communication before arrival. Kitchen equipped with everything needed. Info book was very useful. I especially appreciated the gentle requests for check out—“do certain things if you can but if not, that’s fine. No stress.” I found other hosts to be demanding. Not here! Exceptionally clean, quiet.

Update

A previous comment mentioned dirty carpet. The condo has vinyl or tile floors throughout. NO carpet. Bathroom maybe a little dated in comparison to new construction but certainly very workable. Overall a nice condo in a wonderful location. Beds room comfortable. Easy entry and parking. Would certainly recommend and stay here again.

Good condo. Lack of communication

Good condo, nice safe neighborhood. The only thing that did not go well was check in. We were not contacted with our check in information. We pulled up to the security gate and they asked us for our building and unit number. We had to pull over and contact the property manager who then promptly sent our information via email and our door code so we could enter the condo. (Disappointed that we didn’t receive this earlier.) The condo was clean and nice. It was only missing kitchen towels and dishcloths.

The condo location and amenities were great. The cleanliness was horrible. The floors were so dirty our socks were BLACK after walking around a couple hours. If we walked around barefoot our feet were just as bad. The floors need a deep cleaning/ scrubbing! We would wipe off our feet with a wash cloth and it would become filthy. When I washed the towels in the washer and used the laundry detergent and bleach provided, the towels didn’t come out very clean. Providing dryer sheets and the appropriate washer settings would be nice. It would have been helpful to have instructions for the TV remotes. There were 3 and it was a bit confusing. We did appreciate the labels on the light switches.
