Walking through the doorway, you'll find the main level designed for relaxation and entertainment. The spacious living area is bathed in natural light streaming through large windows, providing views of Table Rock Lake from your couch. Cozy up to the gas fireplace as you unwind after a day of adventures, or simply soak in the serene ambiance. There are two dining tables – perfect for family gatherings or casual lunches. Everyone will have a place to savor delicious meals prepared in the fully equipped kitchen. Step onto the main level deck to experience the great outdoors and breathtaking views of Table Rock Lake. For the barbecue enthusiasts, a private grill awaits, so pack your apron! The main level hosts two king bedrooms for a great night's sleep.

Head to the lower level, where you can catch the latest game while lounging on the sofa, read a good book by the second fireplace, or gather around the poker table for some friendly competition. This level boasts two more king bedrooms, ensuring comfort for everyone, along with a bunk room for the younger adventurers. The convenience of a laundry room is a bonus for extended stays. Perfect Location

Grin Inn Bear It was the perfect place for our family to vacation on Table Rock Lake. The accommodations were super clean and provided plenty of room for a family of ten. The folks who manage the property were very attentive to even the smallest of needs.

Such a wonderful setting in a beautiful cove with a lovely waterfront view. Very spacious and everything you could ever want for a family gathering. The game tables were awesome. Love the decor as well. Looking forward to many more family visits and bringing the boat next time!

Branson Family Fall Break

Great location! Cabin is a great layout for our family - with kids, grands, and everyone in one place. Having multiple levels with multiple living rooms, bathrooms, and access to outdoor spaces is great for having everyone together while still having places for different groups to do their own thing. Our littles could play and watch TV downstairs while the adults visited and played games upstairs. House is conveniently located as well - quick access to Silver Dollar City as well as shopping and the strip.

Our 50th anniversary family gathering!

We loved the access to the community pool and the fire pit for "s'mores". The pool and trampoline on the lake were a great hit. Dan, the on-site manager, was very helpful and cordial. We loved visiting with him when he had spare time attending duties.

Good and Bad

We really liked the house and the location and the view. However the HVAC vents had mold very bad as well as one of the showers. There was a glass window that was shattered from the outside that we were questioned about. So obviously maintenance and house cleaning had failed to see or report anything. They did get us moved to another house close by the next day but we had to stay in the 1st house w/o running and heat or air or ceiling fans so we wouldn't stir any mold up. It would have been nice to have been compensated for the first night...

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed here with a group of three families (kids aged 3-14) in July 2023. We'd definitely recommend it and would stay here again. Pros:Clean and stocked with the basics you'd expect from a rental house.Large communal spaces, great for hanging out.Location of house within the resort had super easy access to both the pool and the dock.Any needs/issues were addressed by the concierge immediately.Cons:No rugs underneath living room furniture - it was slipping and sliding around all week long.When sleeping in the basement bedroom, any time the first floor toilet was flushed it sounded like someone was pouring marbles down the drain.

Branson Family Spring Break

The property was as described in the listing - very spacious, clean, and well-kept. We had a group of 12 ranging in age from 3 to 50+ and there was more than enough room for everyone to be comfortable. The bunk room was perfect for our little boys ages 3 to 6 with a bathroom right across the hall. The teens stayed downstairs as well in the other bedrooms and loved having their own sitting area with TV, refrigerator and microwave. On the main floor, the dining area was great with plenty of room for meals and evening game nights. The kitchen was well-equipped with all the cooking utensils and dishes for making meals for our large crew. We cooked breakfast and dinner every day without missing any of the conveniences of our home kitchen. The upstairs master suite was a great getaway in the evenings with our own sitting area. The master bath was perfect! The location was great, only about 10 minutes from Silver Dollar City and the strip. We were surprised at how quickly we could get to everything we had planned to do. The lake was beautiful - we enjoyed walking down by the water with our group of kiddos and looking for treasures. Highly recommend the property to anyone looking for a place for their family to stay together!

A beautiful property

Every year our family comes down to Branson to enjoy the Christmas lights. This was a great property to stay at. Lots of room and great large rooms for visiting with family and friends.

Plenty of cookware, bakeware and dishes for a large group. The cabin is spacious, comfortable, plenty of seating to accommodate everyone - and beautiful views of the lake from the deck, patio, and greatroom windows. Washer and dryer and extra fridge made this the perfect place for our large family. Super convenient to Branson (about 10 minutes away), marina was just a cove away. Two pools, volleyball, kayaks ... we kept busy the whole week. One night there was even a band by the pool. Responses from the management were timely and they answered all of our questions. We would highly recommend this resort / cabin for large family gatherings - or groups of friends. Couldn't have asked for anything more.
