Relaxing Weekend Getaway

The condo has a great location close to downtown and the complex is beautiful and well kept. It has all the features listed and the kitchen was well stocked for cooking.A great place to call home for the weekend.

A very nice property with scenic views and quiet surroundings!

The condo was very clean and well supplied! We were very comfortable and enjoyed our time there. The price was reasonable and loved that our dog was allowed to be with us. We'll look into staying there again next time we come to Branson!

Great place that could be awesome

Great place. Easy to get out of to all attractions. Easy to get to from any direction driving in. Serene, quiet and spacious. Communication with property owner was good. Updated furniture and better cleaning of the tubs is all this place needed to go from a Great 4.5 stars to an awesome 5 star location.

Comfy Stay in Branson

Tidy, homey apartment. Very close to Branson Landing and College of the Ozarks. My teenagers slept on the pull-out sofa beds. They weren't super comfortable, but what sofa beds are?! The other queen beds were great. The big jacuzzi tub was a nice touch, but it used up most of the hot water from the water heater. Had to wait awhile for anyone else to take a shower.Otherwise, great spot for a family to stay. Golf course and grounds are beautiful!

The location is great and a beautiful area. Chris, the property was very responsive to my email. My main issue was the shower was very moldy with black colored mold. I couldn’t take a bath in the jacuzzi tub because it was very stained and appeared really dirty. A sweet housekeeper came on July 4th to clean the shower and tub but mold remained and using the tub seemed sketchy. The front loading washer had a black mold on the rubber liner by the washer door. Removing clean laundry would be impossible to avoid touching that mold.

In need of major repairs & deep cleaning

Cigarette smell from the second we walked in, and it was a non smoking unit. Pet stained carpets, dirty sheets and no extra bedding for the pullman for one of our kids to sleep on. We had to do 3 loads of laundry when we got there so we could sleep on clean beds. Dishwasher leaked when you ran it...water was all over. (soft spot on floor so this has been going on awhile) Master shower wouldn't drain you stood in water and it was disgusting inside. We took pictures of so many things to show it wasn't us. We looked for another place to stay but there wasn't anything available such short notice. Location was good and pool was enjoyed by the kids. Owner did refund the cleaning fee but this unit needs a major overhaul.

The location was nice. We enjoyed the golf course views and area pool. The condo was in good condition. Everything worked as expected. It could use some updates in the kitchen and bathrooms, but it was a nice place for the price.

We were pleasantly surprised by how nice our condo was decorated & equipped. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking tools. The linens were very nice. The host was very easy to communicate with & quick to reply. We would definitely stay at this condo again. It has all the comforts of home!

We stayed in the 2 bedroom condo and had 6 people. I don't recommend the pull out couches but everything else was great! Location is just minutes from the Landing and downtown Branson. Would definitely stay again!

We enjoyed our 5 hours

My husband had a massive heart attack 5 hours after our arrival. I hope our next trip will be more enjoyable. We didn't get to utilize the condo as we expected and were not offered any type of refund. The property is beautiful and well-maintained. There was an issue with standing water in dishwasher so the few dishes we used in our 5 hours were done by hand before our granddaughters checked out. I highly recommend the host.

Awesome property
