237 Beautiful deck view, close to strip and Marina

We recently renovated and remodeled almost our entire condo. Everything is new and clean and waiting for you and your family. We have everything you need including great wi-fi, large patio overlooking the golf course, all necessities, business workspace, board games, coffee bar, Pass to Moonshine Beach in season, smart TV, easy check-in, FREE parking, close to everything! This Fall Creek condo comes with access to some Lake Taneycomo amenities including a community marina, fishing dock, and boat rentals (fee based, ex. $5 per day to fish off the dock). The living area has a beautiful new queen sofa bed with a comfortable 5" memory foam mattress topper, a brand new comfy recliner, swivel chairs, a 65" tv, bluetooth speaker and more. The dining area has a beautiful new table that can seat two, 4 or 6 depending on how you configure it. The kitchen has a brand new refrigerator and all of the necessary appliances, pots, pans, utensils etc. Each of the bedrooms has a queen sized bed with memory foam toppers, new bedding special outlets for usb chargers. You are gonna love our place! This property is on the second floor and does have stairs to enter and the second bedroom is upstairs in the condo. This is a non smoking condo BUT we cannot control what people do in other condos in the community. There are smokers in the building. We provide an air purifier to keep our condo smelling good but there is always the chance of second hand smoke making it to the condo. IF YOU NEED A SECOND CONDO, WE HAVE ANOTHER 2 BED, 2 BATH CONDO 2 BUILDINGS AWAY.

Condo was very clean which is very important to me. Location is great and easy to get to everything in and near Branson. Condo worked well for the 4 of us. Small issue with missing parking passes, but it was quickly resolved. Enjoyed sitting on the deck. Would stay here again.

This condo unit was spotless!! The beds were comfortable. The condo unit was well stocked with essentials like dishes, towels, laundry pods, dishwasher tablets, toilet paper, etc. The Keurig was also a nice bonus! My only recommendation would be to have a couple extra blankets/ bedding available. The communication and check-in process was also a breeze. We enjoyed our stay!

Updated and cozy! Had all the amenities needed and even had Christmas decorations and a tree which were a nice touch! The owner was super responsive and answered any questions we may have had. Highly recommend it and will stay here again!

Great Get Away Place

The location was quiet, clean, golf course fairway directly off the deck and only 5 minutes to HWY 76. It's great when everything goes so smoothly that you don't have to contact anyone with any issues. That's what makes it a Great Get Away Place!

Just like the pictures

This was a great location, central to Branson, Table Rock Lake, and Thunder Ridge Arena. We were no more than 15 minutes from where we wanted to go. The condo was easy to check in (there is a flight of steps to get up to the door, fyi). It was clean and looked exactly like the photos! Communication with the host was clear and easy. I would recommend this place!

Comfy & homey stay.

My family and myself loved the condo. Was a very homey and warm stay. All the accommodations to pans and washer were very useful. My children from the first step loved the stay. Our first view the condo was very clean. Our host David from the very beginning his communication was a plus. Made us feel very welcomed and was very helpful in the beginning. Most definitely recommend and will be coming back for year to experience the condo for future trips.

This property was perfect for our little family. We enjoyed playing cards in the mornings out on the deck and enjoying a movie night and dinner together in the evenings. It truly was great. Our kids had a blast going up and down the stairs. The property was clean but did smell of cigarette smoke (not sure if that was due to the property below or not) despite being advertised as a non-smoking property. Only downside was a couple of miscommunications with the property manager regarding parking passes and pack and plays. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Beautiful Home Away From Home

My son and I came to Branson for a baseball tournament and I wanted a peaceful place to stay. After looking at the pictures and reading the reviews, I knew this was the place for me and it did not disappoint!! The condo was absolutely beautiful with an incredible view of the golf course on the back porch where I had coffee each morning. The neighbors were quiet and I felt very safe being there. The beds were very comfortable and the condo had all the necessities to make it a home away from home. David, the property owner, was an incredible host! He checked on our family, congratulated my son on his tournament and made some great recommendations for things to do and places to eat! I would HIGHLY recommend staying here the next time you are in Branson.

Condo Sweet Condo

The easy to find condo was on second floor with easy access for anyone who can walk a set of stairs. It had a bedroom, bathroom, and open kitchen/dining room/living room on main floor. The second bedroom was on second floor with their own nicely remodeled bathroom. There were plenty supplies in kitchen to cook a meal and games/puzzles for all to play. The relaxing back deck view is open space of neighbor's golf course. The communication with manager/owner was fantastic. They were very prompt. Overall, it is a great place to stay while in Branson, close to the strip, but far enough away to enjoy the outdoors.
