This is a brand new property. It's not just that, there were several pros and zero cons. Here are some of the pros that I could think of:

Perfect location
The condo is very large with a lovely balcony. The bedrooms are roomy and three bathrooms made it great for six people. The location is perfect. We were literally no more than 7 minutes from just about everything we wanted to do. The kids enjoyed the indoor pool and we all enjoyed the hot tub and sauna.
