Peaceful and Inviting!

We’ve stayed at many condo’s through the years. The moment we walked into this one we felt the welcoming atmosphere. The layout was just right. Beautifully decorated creating a warm comfortable place for us on our Branson getaway. Easy communication with Ms. Marshall who made us feel welcomed with kind responses. The view from the balcony was calming and beautiful. If we are fortunate enough to have a return trip, we would be happy to stay here again.

Great stay

Clean, comfortable, safe gated community. Easy access to the strip but nice not being right on the strip. We had a family member with a walker, liked the first level, liked having a walk-in shower. Kitchen was well equiped. Great stay.

Great place & location

The unit is exactly as specified in all details. We were traveling with someone with accessibility requirements. The entry way accommodated an electric motorized scooter, and the walk-in shower has grab bars inside and out. There is a slight step going from parking to the front entry, but it can be negotiated. The walking trail is nice as well as access to the water. We will definitely stay here again, if available.

This is the second time my husband and I have stayed in this unit. It is very comfortable and easy to access. We love the screened in porch and the view of the lake.

Enjoyed our stay!

We had a lovely eight-day getaway. Our favorite part was the screened-in area looking down on the lake. It was so peaceful to sit and enjoy your coffee while listening to the little families of ducks and birds. The walk-in shower was perfect for my husband. We highly recommend this condo.

Short spring break getaway

This is a great place to both enjoy the sites and sounds of Branson and to escape to the natural environment that Branson offers as well. We enjoyed the view of the water and even got to fish. Overall we were very happy with our stay.

Nice place!

Nice condo unit in an excellent golfing and fishing community. The golf course is spectacular. Lake Taneycomo was right in back, and several people were fishing there. It has a nice screened in porch that felt very peaceful.

So easy to get to all of our destinations including College of the Ozark, shops, golf, shows. The view of Lake Taneycomo each morning from the porch was so relaxing.

ANOTHER EXCEPTIONAL VISIT TO MARSHALL PROPERTIES 😎

As in the past visits to this property, we enjoy the view of the river from the porch. The 4 of us were very comfortable with the accommodations. Because we prepare most of our meals, the grill as well as the updated pots and pans and large crock pot were appreciated. We discovered the hiking trail and had great hikes and the views. Golfing, fitness center and pool area were also enjoyed.

Fabulous Stay!

This condo was the perfect size and in the perfect location! My husband and I had plenty of room and only used the 2nd bedroom for an extra blanket. The condo was about 14 minutes or less from anywhere we went. Perfect spot! The water view from the screened in porch was beautiful! Love the badge that gave us “fast pass” access instead of waiting in line to come in to the gate. Full size washer and dryer were a plus! We will definitely return!

Trout Fishing Getaway

We really enjoyed the condo and the location was excellent for fishing! It was the quietest condo we have ever stayed in by far! No overhead noise, no behind the wall sounds, no outside noises even at night! It was like we were the only ones there! The property had/offered everything we needed and more. This is a return to location!

Perfect BFF Getaway

My best friend & I take a trip together every year leaving the guys at home. This is by far our favorite place to stay. Wonderful view of the river, lots of trees, great screened in back porch and so much more. Beds were great. Everything in condo so nice and relaxing. We stayed on screened porch a lot playing cards. Location is just far enough from the main part of tourist stuff but close enough to be there in a few minutes. I have all told my husband that he and I have to go there and have a vacation just relaxing in the beautiful setting. I highly recommend. Plus it is ground level which is even better. Golf course is beautiful as well.
