Herons Cove by Roaming Home Properties is a main level (No Stairs!) 1 bedroom condo. Nestled in the Fall Creek development sitting along Lake Taneycomo, Tucked away in the scenic Fall Creek development along Lake Taneycomo, yet close to all the entertainment and activities, our charming retreat is the ideal option for your memorable vacation experience.

Just a bit over 3 miles from Branson's bustling entertainment district, Moonshine Beach, Table Rock Dam, and more, Herons Cove boasts a prime location with convenient access to lakes and hiking trails. For those passionate about entertainment, a plethora of theaters, live shows, and attractions like Silver Dollar City are just a stone's throw away. Dive into the charm of unique shops and boutiques, or indulge in delectable cuisine at local restaurants—Branson offers something special for every visitor.

Herons Cove accommodates up to 4 people, with an ultra comfortable king bed, and a queen pull out sofa in the living room. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to make a delicious meal. Sit on the patio and enjoy mature trees and views of Lake Taneycomo. The coffee bar is stocked with an assortment of coffees and all the essentials needed for the first few mornings of your stay.

We welcome well behaved dogs at a rate of $55 per dog per stay, with a maximum of two dogs per reservation. We will request a separate payment. Additionally, we kindly request that you use kennels to house your dog when you are not present in the condo.

House Rules and Helpful Info:

-A signed rental agreement is required within 48 hours of booking.

-$200 security deposit hold is required.

-Check-in after 4pm, Check-out before 10am.

NO smoking- An additional cleaning fee of $200 will be charged.

-Must be 25+ years old to book.

-Travel insurance is recommended, as no refunds can be given for weather/ illness or other items out of our control.

ITEMS PROVIDED:

-Linens and towels.

-Liquid hand soap and dish soap

-Initial supply of coffee (No one should have to go without coffee the first morning after traveling!)

-Initial supply of the following:

Dish detergent, laundry detergent, garbage bags, toilet paper and paper towels. *You may need to buy extra depending on your group size and length of stay*

Great place!

This was the perfect place for our little Christmas get away. Easy commute to everything we wanted to do, bed was amazingly comfortable and I am picky about the bed! Only thing I wished it had was a small Christmas tree but that is personal preference. And better lighting in the kitchen area. Over all a great place to stay with our dog.

Favorite condo!

We have stayed at three different condos in Branson and this was by far our favorite. Wonderful location, clean, and beautifully decorated. It was perfect for our family of 4. And our rescue doggy even got to come along and stay comfortably for his first vacation. Will definitely book again!

This place is small but mighty! It was perfect for my husband and I along with our dog. Close to restaurants and activities. Lots of space to walk our dog on the property!thpproperty.

Branson get-away

We love the great music shows. In the past we have usually taken our 5th wheel and stayed in a campground. This condo is a much better option for us. It is very nice and reasonably priced, and did I mention, they are pet friendly!

Perfect for a senior couple

This place was exactly what they said it was. My in-laws enjoyed sitting outside on the deck watching the water. It was easily accessible for my mother in law who uses a wheelchair. The bathroom could use some grab bars but it was great!

Nice little condo

Good size for two people. Bed was extremely comfortable, bath area was nice. Kitchen appliances could use some updating and only room for 2 people at Kitchen table. Right next to the river, but far from main attractions. Patio door lock was broken, I reported it.. Very easy check in and great communication with owner.

Cute little condo close to the Branson strip

Overall a very nice place to stay for a good price. Property manager stayed in good communication the whole time, condo was neat, and checkin/checkout was a breeze. Only nitpicks were that 1) the outside of the property was covered in spiderwebs and other bugs, 2) there wasn't lake access (though granted the ad never said there was, but the property is right on the lake), and 3) the bedroom got pretty warm at night with no fans and a single vent in the room. But overall would stay again, 5/5 stars.

Lakeside Condo

this property location was very nicely, decorated and cozy for a couple. The property manager responded promptly to any issues. I addressed a few issues with the property manager, and she said that they would look into them, such as ceiling fans, and the ventilation in the bathroom and kitchen sink pressure and faucet. Hopefully all will get addressed. It was a cozy stay and the bed was comfortable.

Fall Creek

This was perfect for my husband and me. The bed was super comfortable and the space was perfect for 2. Location is truly close to everything and the river view is nice even though it wasn’t the view we were hoping for. We had deer show up just off our porch one night! This is a first floor apt which is easy for access You do hear the upstairs neighbors walking but it didn’t bother us. Apt is equipped with everything you need. Would definitely stay here again!

Cute little condo

Great little condo for an extended weekend stay. All the essentials covered and nicely decorated. The mattress is soft, so if you like a firmer mattress, probably not the condo for you. There is a bit of a musty smell, and it seems to come from under the kitchen sink. The rugs could use a good cleaning, but other than that the condo was clean. Linens were great and all soaps were provided. The kitchen was very clean; the stove looks like it's never been used. I wish there would have been a recliner or foot stools or some way to put your feet up when enjoying the TV and fireplace, but the couch was large and comfortable. We enjoyed the deck, and it does have a water view, but no access to the water. The Marina on site is very nice. We rented a boat and had a great time! Close to everything without being in the middle of everything. Would absolutely stay here again.
