Nestled within the secure, gated Pointe Royale Golf Village neighborhood.

No smoking is permitted inside the condo or within 10 feet of buildings.

Boat and trailer parking is no longer permitted within the Pointe Royale neighborhood.

Pet Policy-acceptance required - guidelines put forth from Pointe Royale/Owner:
*One dog under 25 pounds allowed.
*Dog must be crated anytime it is left alone at the property.
*Dog must be on a leash at all times when outside the condo and waste picked up and disposed of.
*If there are any disturbances reported about your dog (barking, excessive scratching, etc) you will be asked to board your pet or vacate the property.
*If your dog causes any damages, you will be charged.
