Double Queen Room w/Kitchen Supplies

  • White Wing lodge is two minutes from Silver Dollar City Amusement Park. We are also five minutes from table rock lake. There is a complimentary shuttle that will take you to Silver Dollar City and back to the property. The shuttle runs on a schedule that is posted at property.

    Unit 201 is a double standard queen. There is a mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, hot plate, utensils, dishes, and pots and pans.

    For those who love the outdoors there is a community pool, propane and charcoal grills, and fire pit with picnic tables to sit at.

    You must be 21 years of age to be able to book with us at the White Wing Lodge Legal agreements and security deposit are managed using an approved API-connected software provider called OwnerRez. The security deposit is a temporary hold on the credit card in case of any damages incurred during the stay. This property allows pets up to 2 dogs. Additional dogs must be requested and will incur additional fee. Events are not allowed on the property and the maximum guest count must be adhered

Property could use a good cleaning

My expectations werent outrageous, but I did expect a clean room and property. We were placed in a room that was not cleaned upon arrival but the property manager was quick to reconcile the issue and was very apologetic so we looked past it. Upon further inspection of our room, there was hair left behind from the previous guests in the shower and bathroom sink. Our feet were also black from the dirty floors. I didnt feel comfortable walking around without shoes. The property allowed dogs which is why we chose the location as we were traveling with our dog. There was nowhere to walk her as the entire property is asphalt and gravel. There were also cigarette butts and trash everywhere outside. The pool was clean, but it seems like long term guests just leave their pool toys, rafts, goggles, etc just laying around. It made the pool area look like we were walking into someones backyard pool after a party. The location was great. Very close to SDC. Beds were decently comfortable, and refrigerator was a good size and very cold. It was ok for a quick overnight but we ended up leaving early as there just wasnt much to desire to stay longer.

There was issue with kitchen ! They told me there will be 2 hot burner for make food inside the room! But there was not, also there was one available for help ! I did the call to Expedia or Vrbo associate but they try to fix the issue but he taken 3 hour ! After three some came to my room he gave me single hot burner, which was not working ! Whole night we phasing issue with burner! But no one give me already did the msg on booking site but no one responded! Next day morning time 9:00 am some came in the office then I went there in office & directly told him all issue then she give me correct burner ! It was already too late because whole night my all family didn’t make any food . We slept hungry in that night ! So poor service from booking site side , hotel staff side ! No one one responsible! I told to vrbo agent for compensation but he didn’t help me ! Overall poor service!
