Pet Policy-acceptance required - guidelines put forth from Pointe Royale/Owner:
*Two dogs under 35 pounds allowed.
*Dog/s must be crated anytime it is left alone at the property.
*Dog/s must be on a leash at all times when outside the condo and waste picked up and disposed of.
*If there are any disturbances reported about your dog (barking, excessive scratching, etc) you will be asked to board your pet or vacate the property.
*If your dog/s causes any damages, you will be charged.

Note: As this condo is located within a shared building, guests may occasionally hear normal sounds from neighboring units.

The location is perfect, and the space is cute and cozy.

This place was perfect for our family of 4! There were no stairs to navigate, and having a grassy area nearby for our dog made it even better. We brought fans to create white noise due to potential noise from upstairs; if you have someone above you, it can be quite disturbing, as is the case in any similar situation.The pull-out couch was surprisingly comfortable, featuring a thick mattress for the kids, and they even provided bedding for it. The bed in the bedroom was also very comfy, and both the sliding glass door and the bedroom had blackout curtains. The well-equipped kitchen had everything we needed, including a crockpot and pizza pans. Overall, we had a wonderful stay!

Excellent location for golfers

The property is really nice and is a great location to the golf course. Very clean and a really nice community. I would definitely stay here again. Also very close to Table Rock Lake which is beautiful.

Unforgettable Stay

We had so much fun in Branson. We did not get to do even half of the attractions, will definitely have to go back. The property was perfect for my husband and I and kids, it was clean, check in and check out was very easy and we were located within minutes to everything we wanted to do. Highly recommend this property.

Great condo

We just returned from staying in this condo for 1 wk. Great location and easy access. Nice and bright, Our 2 dogs were welcome here and they loved it too. The only thing that would have made this place perfect is a recliner in the living room !!

Great property!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. We were in Branson celebrating our 44th anniversary. The condo was perfect for us. Comfortable and we loved the retro look! The bed was super comfortable. Also we alway like a washer/dryer, so that was a plus! The pool was within walking distance, which was great. The location of property made getting places in Branson very easy. We will be back!
