Awesome Lake Views from the Screened-in Deck! Right Next to Silver Dollar City!



Our two bedroom, two bath non-smoking Condo is lake front on Table Rock Lake just down the hill from Silver Dollar City. Relax and enjoy the spectacular Table Rock Lake and Ozark Mountain views from our large screened in deck. Ceiling fans and the lake breeze keep the deck cool.

New for 2020! Completely new paint and screens on the back deck. New pillow top twin mattresses in the second bedroom. New cookware in kitchen. Faster internet.

This is a fantastic resort property that is beautifully decorated with first-class furnishings, bedding, linens and flat screen TV. This is not a typical rental condo!

You can go to the SDC and easily come back to the condo and have lunch on your private 20Ft. deck over looking Table Rock Lake. Then return to the park for the rest of the day or stay at the resort and fish, play tennis, swim or sit on your favorite rock along the lake. It is also very close to all of the shows and restaurants that are on the famous Branson strip.

Silver Dollar City: We are just down the hill from Silver Dollar City which makes it easy to come back to the condo for lunch or take a break and then go back to the park for the rest of the day.

Getting out on the Lake: Walk down the tree lined trail to the lake for crystal clear swimming and great fishing! If you want to go water skiing or fishing you can rent a a boat or wave runner just at the Marina just down the road.

Outdoor adventures are all around for your family or group to enjoy. Whether you enjoy swimming in the resort swimming pool (open until September 21st), hiking the numerous area trails, playing tennis, or just relaxing on the screened in deck with the cool lake breeze enjoying a great book, our place has it all. There is even a zipline adventure center with waterslides just 1.5 miles from the condo.

The kitchen is fully equipped, so you can cook a great meal! You can sit indoors and seat six for dinner, but most visitors enjoy sitting on the covered, screened in deck. There is a table on the deck perfect for a family or a romantic dinner for two. Step off the porch a few steps to a built in barbeque grill. NOTE: For security purposes, there is a single camera positioned at the front stairwell and patio area. This camera is not monitored unless there is a complaint from neighbors regarding noise or inappropriate behavior.

Quick Trip to Branson

We took a quick trip and went to Silverdollar city on Wednesday night, then had Thanksgiving on Thursday and then left Friday morning. It was a great and easy trip. Check-in was very easy and the condo was clean as advertised.

Great Location With an Amazing View

Our family had an amazing time in Branson! The rental unit was in such a great location and had a wonderful view of the lake. Communication with the owners was so seamless and quick, even during the time we were actually in Branson. A great place to relax.

Cozy place by the lake

The condo was exactly as pictured and described. I cannot think of one negative comment. We were all very comfortable and had everything needed for cooking and other personal needs. We would definitely stay here again

Great place for a get away

The condo is nice, everything you need for an enjoyable stay. Pool, washer/dryer, 2 full bathrooms and easy access to the attractions. We spent most of our time on the screened in porch. The view is awesome and the ceiling fans keep the you cool. There is also a nice walking trail along that lake. The location makes it easy to get to all the Branson attractions. Silver Dollar City is 5 minutes, downtown Branson is 15 - 20 minutes and the strip is just a few miles away.

Perfect for what we wanted

The property was easy to access, clean, and had everything we needed. Communication with the owner was probably the best we've experienced with VRBO. The place needs a bit of TLC but nothing that would affect your stay. Would recommend!!!!

Memorial Get Away

The property was nice and located close to silver dollar city and other Branson attractions. We enjoyed the pool and the accommodations were agreeable. We had a cleaning fee but were required to still start the laundry, dishes, and take out the trash. Not hard things but thought the cleaning fee would have been a little lower. Overall good time and place to stay.

Relaxing/Convenient Stay

We enjoyed the condo. It was nice to be away from the busy part of the area. It took on average about 15-20 minutes to get anywhere we wanted to in the Branson area. Very convenient to Silver Dollar City. Enjoyed the porch and watching birds and deer. The kids enjoyed exploring the trail and the dried up area down by the lake. The beds could use some upgrading but other than that, no issues or complaints.

Review of stay

The cleanliness inside of condo was great. The beds were very comfortable. We never used the screened in porch much because we were gone most of the time, but there was lots of crumbs and dirt on the table and floor from the room above us. The washing machine needs maintanence. The spin cycle makes alot of noise. The appearance of the entrance outside needs work. Deck stained, window sills need cleaning, one of the columns on the second floor is falling apart. The stormdoor to our condo needs adjusting and the door locks all need to be updated. Was not thrilled at the appearance going into the condo. Just think it needs a little tender loving care.

Not very clean

My sister arrived to the property before I did. When she entered the unit, she said the property smelled unclean. She checked the bathroom and found that the toilet in the spare bathroom was not clean, so she cleaned it herself. When I arrived several hours later, she did not tell me that, I would have called property management to tell them to have someone clean it, but she didn't tell me until the next day. Also, she and my mom said that the sheets and pillowcases did not smell clean. I did notice that the couches and the carpets are not very clean. The master bedroom was clean as was the bathroom. The biggest criteria I have for a unit is cleanliness. The location of this unit is great. Also, not enough towels or washcloths for five people. And it would be nice to have some amenities in place like Ziploc baggies and paper products.

Comfortable, relaxing, and cozy

We stayed while visiting Silver Dollar City and were very pleased with the condo. The screened in porch is lovely, has a nice view, and is very roomy with plenty of seating. Autumn decorations in the home made it feel especially cozy and inviting for our family's stay. We also appreciated the very comfortable furnishings (couches, beds, etc) and roomy set up. We had plenty of room to move around and settle in with our luggage. The bathrooms are a good size and there were plenty of nice fluffy towels and washcloths. There were also extra pillows, cozy blankets, and bedding on hand. I appreciated having a special wash cloth to use for removing make-up. It prevents the worry of trying to not get mascara on a nice white washcloth. Coffee, filters, coffee maker, and toaster were on hand...as well as dishwasher packets and laundry soap. We also were pleased cleaning sprays and rags were on hand. It was also nice to be able to walk right outside into the yard from both the front door and the back screen door. Next time we may take the marked path down to the lake (which we could see from the porch). We want to stay here again when we come back to Branson.

Weekend lake trip

We came here for a short weekend. The location is perfect. Proximity to the lake, Branson and silver dollar city is ideal. The condo was very nice. The owners very responsive. The only suggestion I would make is to provide more bath towels and wash cloths. I would definitely stay here again

Overall things were good. Coffee pot was very slow in making the coffee and there was a shade that was broken. Also could never really figure out how to use the tv/cable system (instructions would have been nice) but able to us my YouTube TV on my computer.

We had a great time at this condo, very nice screened in porch and a nice partial view of the lake. Our daughter enjoyed the pool and we were minutes away from silver dollar city. Lots of utensils and items there for your use. There are stairs to get down to the condo so keep that in mind. Thanks for hosting us.

Great condo!

This condo was very comfortable and loved having the screened porch with view of Table Rock lake. Kitchen fully stocked with dishes, cookware, glasses and utensils. Close to everything in Branson.
