Great location!

The condo was extremely clean and spacious enough for a family. The screened in patio was right on the water which was relaxing during morning coffee or an evening cocktail. Just steps away from fishing, the playground and close to the club pool and restaurant.

Perfect Spot for our Family w/ our pup.

The condo was very clean, close location to area attractions. I love that it’s on the lake. Right next to the park for kids to play or take the dog to the dog park for potty. I loved the close access to the trail head loop on property. My doggy and I loved our morning hikes on the trail. Overall the condo is great. It could use some updating in the bathrooms, but would not keep me from returning as it is well cared for. The condo was well appointed. Everything was there to make our stay comfortable.

Beautiful lakeview condo

We loved everything about our stay. We had 2 kids and 5 adults with plenty of room for everyone. Location is perfect. Right next to the playground, you can sit on the side sunporch and watch the kids play. The screened in back porch over looks lake taneycomo. Condo was very clean and equipped with everything we needed. Even had soap, shampoo, and conditioner provided in each bathroom with was very nice. We will definitely stay here again!

Condo was clean and really nice my family loved almost everything about it would be a 5 star review but all beds were extremely uncomfortable and the key card to get into the pool didn’t work host alway replied in minutes until the day we had the issue trying to get into the pool and it took over an hour which made it to late for us to use with our kids they did offer us access to a different pool a few miles away but it was our last day and we couldn’t make it work they also refunded us 1 nights stay for the issue

Overall the stay was very good. The WiFi didn’t work well and had to be reset every few minutes. Couldn’t watch Disney or football because of constant loss of WiFi. The views off the balcony were great. Proximity to playground was great for our granddaughter. Guys enjoyed fly fishing directly behind condo.

Great place for a family stay.

The location of this unit is on the river. I walked down to the river and could see lots of trout swiming. The unit is next to a small playground with a dog park just past the playground. The area is quite. The condo is spacious enough with two full size sofas. Everything was well maintained. The only down was the place could have been cleaned a little better. It was not bad but just noticeable.

Family Vacay Perfect!

We enjoyed our stay! The condo is in the perfect location on the property if you want to fish and have kids who will play on the playground. An indoor and outdoor pool was amazing! It rained a little and we could still hang out in the pool with the kids. It’s serene by the water and wonderful being on the upper corner of the building. Screened in porch is relaxing in the morning with coffee. This is also in a great location to get to other places around the city! Everything was provided that we needed and having 3 full bathrooms made it so easy for a group! We talked about coming back before we had even left.

Quick weekend getaway

Condo had a BAD cooking odor when we arrived. Mgmt offered to come down next day and put in an ozone machine- we opened all windows and it cleared out by next day. Condo could be decorated better. Located right next to playground and off leash enclosure so a little noisy but livable. Cobwebs in several places especially outdoor patio. Needs better furniture on both balconies- something comfortable. Great location next to river and good fishing.

Great Branson getaway

This property is in a great location next to Lake Taneycomo. Everyone enjoyed the screened-in porch facing the lake although what others said about the sliding glass door being difficult to open and close was true. It required two hands and some muscle! The property was as described and we found the mattresses on the king beds to be very comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked and all the appliances worked as they should. The floors could use a good cleaning as we discovered when wiping up a spill and the paper towel came away black. We enjoyed the amenities of the indoor pool and hot tub at Pointe Royale. They were clean and well maintained. We didn’t use the tennis or pickle ball courts but they looked to be in great shape with lights available for nighttime use. This condo is very nice and we had a very relaxing and enjoyable vacation!

This is the same condo we stay in when we go to Branson. Great place to stay that is on the lake and easy drive to anywhere you want to go in the Branson area.
