"The room and bathroom were basic in the extreme but were very cheap, would pay more for a better room away from the traffic noise. A bonus to find a pool and games room, and a good bar, so facilities more than expected. Good breakfast and full marks for service, friendly and helpful."

The rooms are clean with comfortable beds and the provide tea coffee shampoo with conditioner shower gel and soap. To reception is good. A great stay! "

"Staff are friendly and very helpful, going out of their way to make you welcome. We arrived too early for check in and breakfast had been cleared away, However, we were welcomed into the dining room and a full breakfast was put together for us (Simmi is amazing!) The room was spacious and very clean. Location very convenient, as we were attending the boat show, which was on the doorstep of the hotel. Parking is onsite and the hotel is also convenient to the surrounding shopping area. It is located on the seafront and we had views of the cruise ships coming and going from our window. Would definitely stay again."

"Overall excellent thank you. One aspect to mention please, as phoned up beforehand to ask whether we could pre book a taxi to take us to a family celebration. Told that this was not necessary as there was a taxi link at reception and we would get one almost immediately but when we arrived, there was an 1.5 hour wait for a taxi! The reception team allowed us to book an Uber from there so thank you to them but please warn clients if it is going to be a busy period."
