"Be aware that there is on street parking that requires a permit from the city of Wilmington. Red Awni ng worked with me to resolve the issue but it took some time and a few texts to make it work.The on street parking placed me a block and half from the propery. No cost but need proof of renting the space. The GPS sent you down a one way street that does not bring by the front of the property. This was a problem finding the property after dark. "Come for the breakfast hot bar but stay for the staff hospitality. Room was spacious and clean! Hallways were quiet, elevators were clean, easy parking and all you can drink fruit water! This place is awesome and you won't be disappointed!"
"The place is nice, plenty of space, beautifully decorated and very updated. The kitchen was very nice and so were the bathrooms. A true pleasure to have stayed there for the weekend. They have paid lots of attention to details that truly enhance the stay. I would recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in the area. "

"I'll say up front that I should have looked closer at the listing. We were trying to be close to family. So, location sold us on it.
Pros:
This property is in a good location/quiet street.
The unit itself was clean.
The double bed was comfortable
The communication/check-in/etc. were all ok.
Cons:
On-street parking is challenging.
The property is in an old building and it shows.
The unit has been painted, but it still felt very run-down.
