Very limited options at the Infinity restaurant considering the prices. The food looked great but was consistently disappointing. Very similar experience at the Salti restaurant. The pizzas were good though. It was also surprising that the resorts dedicated Tour and Activities desk weren't able to arrange activities for us. Instead, they advised us to call companies to arrange this ourselves. They didn't seem to appreciate that the "cheap local call" would mean having to buy a Roaming package for out mobiles, which was definitely not expected to be necessary when staying at the resort. Every day we were told the jetskis were either unavailable because it was too windy, or they were fully booked. However, the jetskis were parked up and unused, whilst we could see people from other resorts using jetskis on the water. There was clearly an issue with the management or operation of the service and it was very disappointing and frustrating to hear them being dishonest about it. Cocktails were expensive, very underwhelming, and the customer service was appalling. As there was very little else to do, due to the windy conditions and lack of jetskis, this could have been something fun for us and lucrative for them, but everyone missed out on the opportunity. Areas of the resort were very run down and derelict. Having somewhat splashed out on this rare treat for the family and not spared the expenses, it was very disappointing and did not live up to the reviews I'd read.

We absolutely loved our short-stay (too short) at Elysian. Everything was just perfect. The private island is so peaceful and tranquil. The activities available are plentiful and nature oriented. The food is just divine - every meal was beautifully prepared with the freshest ingredients and meant we did not have to worry about a thing. The cherry on top is the service - each staff member (Alice, Emily, and Nathan in particular) was delightful and attentive, and would do everything in their power to make our stay even more special. We cannot recommend Elysian more highly - we will definitely be coming back!

We were wanting to spend the whole weekend there, but unfortunately Saturday there were no food vans after 2pm and we had to go buy coffee as a cabin with 4 adults for 2 nights, we only received 4 sachets Wildlife was great, nice seeing the ducks wandering around the park
