"Die Unterkunft selbst war bestens. Leider gab es Schwierigkeiten beim Check In, da der Code für die Türöffnung nicht übermittelt, bzw. die Info zum Check In nicht übermittelt wurde. Nach einigen Telefonaten wurde das Problem von einer netten Mitarbeiterin per Telefon gelöst. Die Auffindung der Unterkunft stellte sich sehr schwierig dar, zumindest zu den gegebenen Umständen , es regnete und war sehr dunkel. Wir fanden sie schließlich durch Hilfe einer Mitarbeiterin der Pizzabäckerei um die Ecke....

"Fascinating architecture -- a textile factory that's been done up. It has exposed ceilings and huge windows. It's clean and the bed is comfortable and the staff are kind and the kitchen was well-equipped, except for the coffee maker. I loath the 'expresso' makers that require a coffee capsule - it's just super-expensive instant coffee that gives you the fake feeling that you're a barista, and the resulting cup is disappointing. "Great location. But the set up of the rooms has a lot of improvements to do. Insufficient lighting in general; kitchen unit is hidden in a wardrobe with no lighting and plugs inside which makes it even weird and impractical; The bathroom is the worse with small basin and big tap as well as the improper shower unit, you basically would easily flood the bathroom floor whenever you use it. "Der Bungalow liegt in der Gartenstadt von Plaue. Von hier aus kann man einige Wanderungen unternehmen. Brandenburg an der Havel ist nicht weit. Die Küche im Bungalow ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Auch im Wohnzimmer vermisst man nichts. Das Bett im Schlafzimmer ist sehr weich. Great location Hotel .
"As a couple on a few days stay at this hotel it had some pitfalls due to it being really a business hotel with a conference facility. The room was excellent, the staff were excellent as well (especially Reception) but when hordes of business guests arrive/eat/drink in the hotel it gets not very holidayish for us! Overall probably 7 out of 10 as Reception were so good at providing advice and tickets (yes Tram/train tickets) . Parking a bit pricey at 24Euros a day , but it was underground and secure. Location was excellent on the lake and the exterior bar gave great views over the water and many chairs for relaxing in. The Tram stop is just outside and takes you into Potsdam - a very nice town . "
