Park Place, about 150 yards from the West Side of Keuka Lake, has a Spectacular LAKE VIEW on 47 private acres.

This Greek Revival home with 8 bedrooms & 4 full baths has all the modern amenities with a twist of character throughout. From custom ARTISTIC PAINTED FLOORS, to a WINE BARREL SHOWER, this just begins your experience at Park Place. Enjoy hiking trails with many exciting surprises to explore along the way.

Park Place offers a private retreat to relax and reconnect and is surrounded by private beautiful nature throughout the seasons, with hiking through the forest on the trails and wading in the stream and waterfalls - ESPECIALLY spectacular in the SPRING & FALL!

Nearby, enjoy the sparkling waters of Keuka Lake through renting a boat, kayak or canoe, and swimming in the lake through nearby marinas or the state park and exploring the scenic wineries and unique craft breweries during the day. In the evening you can go out to the delicious restaurants along the lake or into the quaint town of Hammondsport, cook a fabulous meal in the chef's fully stocked kitchen including an AUTHENTIC PIZZA OVEN or grill out while viewing the beautiful lake. *** Park Place also offers an optional STYLISH RUSTIC BARN VENUE to include outdoor covered patio, plenty of room to add a party tent and great indoor space with large built-in bar with small freezer chest, 3 wine barrel hightop cocktail tables, 3 lowtop cocktail tables with 10 chairs, 2 antique buffet servers, 1 cherry folding dinette table, 2 blue victorian chairs, 2 area rugs, skylights and chandeliers with painted cement floor.

This is offered as an optional add-on to your Park Place rental for your special occasion events. This barn venue cannot be rented separately and is only a rental option as an add-on with pricing based on season:
- Memorial Day Weekend thru the end of September the rental of the barn is a one-time fee of $1795 along with rental of the house/property.
- April, most of May and October thru December the rental of the barn is a one time fee of $995 along with rental of the house/property.
- Additional Event Requirements: You will need to sign an Event License Agreement, Additional $500 Deposit, Cleaning & Refuse Removal responsibilities, 3rd Party Portable Toilet Facilities and Event Insurance.
We just supply the Barn and it would be up to you to rent chairs/tables, tent, caterer, portable toilets (guests of event may not use the the bathrooms in the house as we have a limited septic system), etc. Between the parking lot and the driveway, there should be room for up to 30 cars, and if you use a valet service, you could squeeze more. The barn can seat about 20-25 people for a ceremony or "standing room" even more especially if you include the outdoor covered deck and add a party tent or just have the barn door open to the lawn space with a MAXIMUM of 70 people permitted for this Event Space. GUEST ACCESS:
When you drive up our winding driveway you will see plenty of parking with a parking area right next to the house entrance as well as a full parking lot a few steps up.

Other things to note
With 47 acres of trails for your enjoyment, we require all guests to sign a Hiking Waiver. Upon booking your stay at Park Place, you will be receiving a link for you to share will all your guests to read and sign electronically.
