"Very friendly, yet professional staff, also very efficient, the room was exceptionally clean, in all areas and all the room facilities were excellent........there was an excellent choice for breakfast, catering for everyone, everything was fresh, the cooked food was hot and a great choice of drinks, hot and cold.......we didn't use the bar, but it looked very clean with a good range of drinks.......all in all a very enjoyable stay and we'll definitely be back, thank you. "

"The hex wildlife hotel was fantastic and when twined with the wildlife park that we could see out of our bedroom suit made a fabulous end to a most memorable break Although all of the restaurants and reception were in seperate buildings it didnt impact our stay at all and the staff were excellent but the real joy of this sight is the park and the vast array of animals and our trip was made extra special with a meet and greet with the rhinos which was exceptional The room was superb with all the space and facilities you need and a view over the park from our outside balcony with bush dogs and sea lions moving around made it a real treat to look out on "

"Room was very nice, as was the bathroom, but couldn’t get the A/C to come on. Luckily it wasn’t excessively hot so didn’t really affect sleep. Breakfast was very nice, with good choice and never had to wait for anything. Found the staff very friendly and helpful, throughout our short stay. "
