"Hotel car park was full. By phone, hotel receptionist recommended nearby NCP carpark. It would have been useful to have had this information in the welcome letter. The NCP carpark was fairly convenient and secure."

"Amazing Receptionist. We arrived bout 3pm nd checked in with no issues. When we arrived at our room it was beautifully clean but unfortunately smelt very highly of lillies and myself being allergic to lillies and asthmatic started wheezing and coughing. We found many small.air freshner balls on th floor and the smell was from them. I went down to reception and the lady came up immediately to investigate, the hotel was full due to 2 weddings but she managed to find us another room and moved our stuff into it. First class sevice from this receptionist..Would highly recommend and stay here again. Lovely hotel and grounds "

"We came to an event at the hotel: arrived early to get ready in our room, stayed overnight and enjoyed the buffet breakfast before heading home. Staff on reception were so lovely; always attentive and ready to help. The room was very comfortable and had everything that we needed. During the event we attended, the food was delicious and staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast in the morning was good - pretty standard buffet breakfast - but the area didn’t seem to be very well stocked with cups/plates/cutlery etc. (drinks were being served in take-away cups) which, considering it was a Sunday morning following a large event, could probably have been better prepared for. Other than that, it was the perfect stay! "
