"Rooms very clean & fresh; the Cleaners should be highly recommended; however, some of the general staff both in reception & restaurant needed a bit of training especially in customer service. I should say though George from the restaurant was very helpful. Directions to the pool & facilities were a bit hard to manoeuvre. "

Whilst asking about this another guest at reception was asking for her room to be cleaned, another asking for a shower mat. I decided I did not want to stay in a dirty room, paying more than expected and have been advised I can be refunded. I went to another hotel instead. "
