Hotel precisa de uma remodelação muito grande!

Foi péssima, o quarto demorou 3horas aquecer. De um modo geral as paredes tidas estragadas, para 4estrelas péssimo mesmo.. O spa só a piscina interior é que estava disponível, pequeno almoço razoável!!! Experiência a não repetir neste hotel?!!!

O hotel tem uma localização fantástica! Os quartos estão muito desatualizados e as camas são muito desconfortáveis. Casa de banho muito básica e toalhas muito gastas. Funcionários simpáticos.

Avis sur golden tulip braga

Séjour convenable, lit inconfortable, moquette au sol des chambres et couloirs… salle d’eau plutôt correcte malgré que l’eau pour qu’elle soit chaude fallait attendre 5 bonne minutes et pendant qu’on se doucher perte de pression et l’eau variée chaude ou très froide, sinon propre. Chambre; manque de prise électrique, climatisation qui ne faisait pas de frais.. balcon convenable mais petit bémol, l’été on dort avec la fenêtre ouverte comme la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas, et donc vue sur le parking en sous sol donc bruit des voitures qui rentre et sort mais sa encore sa dérange pas trop énorme bruit de la grille d’évacuation…. Petit déjeuner très correct avec quelques produits locaux, réceptionnistes agréables et à l’écoute

Todo bien salvo el GPS

Perfecta estancia con buen desayuno buffet en medio de las rampas de Falperra, OJO: El GPS indica siempre mal, incluso desde Hotels.com , no es Via de Falperra 407 (comienzo de la subida) sino que en realidad el Hotel esta 4-5 kilómetros más arriba, (más bien número 4007). Autobus a la puerta para bajar a ver la ciudad y una piscina exterior de ensueño.

Me gustó la habilidad del personal. Es un hotel decadente. La piscina climatizada todas las veces que fui en los últimos meses está el agua fría. Hay pocos controles y la gente no utiliza el gorro. La piscina exterior tienen que reparar el suelo que se ve roto. La entrada al garaje tiene todo el suelo roto. La silla de la habitación estaba que se caía, el balcón no tiene luz todas las veces que he ido he comunicado.

Chambre qui sent le renfermé, l’humidité et la cigarette. Obligé de débrancher le frigo tous les soirs car il fait un boucan d’enfer. Moisissure au plafond. Le matin les fenêtres dégoulinent d’humidité de l’interieur. Nous n’avons pas mis les pieds dans le sauna ni même le jacuzzi par peur des champignons. L’état des extérieurs est très bien cependant. Le restaurant de l’hôtel est bien également, le personnel est accueillant. Pour résumé, pour une nuit ou deux ça passe. pour un séjour plus important, je ne reviendrai pas dans cet hôtel avant que l’établissement ait rénové les chambres.

Bon séjour cependant petit bémol concernant la piscine intérieure où nous avons du acheter des bonnets (5€ l'unité) car obligatoires. Il faudrait prévoir le prêt dans un établissement 4* tout de même. Très bien situé pour la visite et très calme dans la montagne.

Beautiful Location But With Room For Improvement

We requested a room in the quiet area of the hotel and they put us on the first floor, on top of the parking door, hearing vehicles coming in and out on different times of the day and night and on the side of a tennis court. We didn't request to change, because we were afraid wouldn't have availability. The cleaning: if they don't clean "your room" until they pass by the follow up rooms in "your corridor” (there is between 10:00-11:30), you have to request it! Otherwise you get a high chance that won't be cleaned in that day. We only found out on the second day, when we came back in the afternoon. In the same day we requested water refilling for the minibar, but the bottle was already open, like it was refilled in the sink. The cleaning it’s not the best. They just make the bed and change the towels. Did no vacuum our room. The breakfast: The tables every time, we had to clean the tables our selves. They put new cutlery and tablecloths, but when we got closer to the table and the chairs, we found bread crumbs, scramble eggs, fruits, etc. The Wi-Fi didn’t work. We had to use our phones as hotspot, but with difficulties, because poor coverage on the location. We didn’t sleep very well, because the air-conditioning make a kind of noice on every automatic restart, like someone was opening the door. The reception stuff are very friendly and attended our requests also friendly. Despite it all, the location was wonderful for those who like nature and peace!
