"I rarely leave negative reviews, but the experience at this hotel was unacceptable and needs to be shared.
The customer service was, without exaggeration, some of the worst I’ve ever encountered. What should have been a simple and reasonable request for a late checkout turned into a completely inappropriate and unprofessional interaction. The front desk manager, along with a man who identified himself as the owner, handled the situation in a way that was shocking.
Instead of a polite response, we were met with hostility. He raised his voice, spoke to us in a disrespectful tone, and ultimately screamed at us over the phone. It didn’t stop there—he abruptly hung up and then proceeded to misrepresent the situation afterward, which only added to the frustration.
There was no attempt to resolve the issue, no professionalism, and absolutely no respect shown to paying guests. Regardless of hotel policy, there is never an excuse for that level of behavior.
If you value basic courtesy and professionalism during your stay, I would strongly reconsider booking here."
