"Room was horrible, garbage in shower, broken toilet seat, sink did not drain, even with the water pressure barely more than a drip. Druggies in the parking lot pretty much every day, just park and do drugs for hours. Manager was extremely rude, asked about a package that was delivered to front desk….she wouldn’t even look at UPS confirmation, did not look for the package…just very rudely told me no packages accepted for guests. I was shocked by how unprofessional and rude she really was. Worst propert I have ever stayed at. Even found a live tick walking around the floor…checked mattress so don’t think bedbugs. Would leave but Spring Break and not much availability at other locations. Phil at Front Desk was ONLY positive at this location. He was professional, friendly, and polite. I feel bad even seeing him having to work under this Manager."

"Hotel was very clean and quiet throughout. Staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and had a variety of options available. Very close to Publix but check-in desk also has snacks and toiletries available for purchase if you forget anything. Pool and outdoor seating is not fancy but still nice and comfortable. "

"I rarely leave negative reviews, but the experience at this hotel was unacceptable and needs to be shared. The customer service was, without exaggeration, some of the worst I’ve ever encountered. What should have been a simple and reasonable request for a late checkout turned into a completely inappropriate and unprofessional interaction. The front desk manager, along with a man who identified himself as the owner, handled the situation in a way that was shocking. Instead of a polite response, we were met with hostility. He raised his voice, spoke to us in a disrespectful tone, and ultimately screamed at us over the phone. It didn’t stop there—he abruptly hung up and then proceeded to misrepresent the situation afterward, which only added to the frustration. There was no attempt to resolve the issue, no professionalism, and absolutely no respect shown to paying guests. Regardless of hotel policy, there is never an excuse for that level of behavior. If you value basic courtesy and professionalism during your stay, I would strongly reconsider booking here."

"This was the worst room that I have ever rented. Small bathroom, small kitchen, stove and refrigerator were all rusted on the exterior and were probably 50 years old. Continental breakfast was an embarrassment including toast, cereal and protein bars. Do not even consider staying at this location. "
